Such a pleasant and attentive waitress. The chicken in the enchiladas was cooked perfectly and the verde sauce was delicious. The beans and rice were great as well.

Great food and you get more than what you pay for. Serving size is large you won’t go away hungry. Service was also outstanding my drink was kept full all the time along with the chips and salsa. Food tasted great and was prepared perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to eat. I will be back next time I pass through town.

My husband and I are on the search for the best mexican restaurants in the Urbana-Champaign Savoy. We loved this place and is now one of our favorites. Waiters were very attentive and checked on us multiple times. Food was delicious! My husband got tacos and enchiladas and I got shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce. Chips and salsa were really good. The place wasn't too crowded but we really enjoyed getting a booth in the least crowded section. The place looked clean. The waiters were very nice at letting my husband practice spanish. The only complain would be that I asked for no cheese or sour cream and they did put cheese on the beans and sour cream on the salad. Regardless we'll be back soon

Friendliest staff I have had in a long time. Our waiter was amazing they treated us like family. The food is just as outstanding as well as the sangria and margaritas. Super clean especially the restrooms.

have had several good experiences at this place. on this occasion, it was a monday evening and i wanting to find a place to sit and crochet while watching a hockey playoff game. the staff is always really friendly and attentive, though I did feel a little rushed as i kept explaining i wanted to stay for a couple hours but would order during that time and tip enough to justify not turning the table over. food is incredibly fast, burrito loco was really flavorful, margarita special rocked. and as i sat there loitering i couldn’t help but notice the two tables of people just next to me. they were there, already finished with their checks when i arrived, and still there two hours later, needing refills and being loud and you know, i kinda understand why they nudge you a little, as i watched booths around me turn over three-four times. it was kinda obnoxious, but then again, so am i 🤷‍♀

I had the Burrito Loco, and it was drool inducing. While quite large, you can still eat it with your hands or a fork if you desire. I'd recommend getting a Mango Jarrito drink as well to top off your visit!

I came here for some lunch and I wasn’t disappointed. I had a torta de milanesa and it was full of flavor in every bite. The staff was friendly and attentive.

First time eating there, the food was good, atmosphere was decent.

I had a #10, my wife had something with beef, shrimp, and chicken kind of like a stew, that you put into shells. I'm not sure of the name.

Truly excellent food and service! The shrimp dishes and Carne asada are great!

we came down from a 3.5-hour drive to visit family in champaign, IL. We stopped her for lunch we were a party of 10 people . Since we walked thru the door the waiter we were all nice and friendly. we were received with warm chip tortillas and salsa. They took our drink order and with less then 5mins, we had our drinks. Food didn't take that long as well. The food was fresh and hot.
we will definitely come her next time we visit family.

I ordered the Alambres fajitas (pictured). The dish also came with a plate of rice, beans, pico, guacamole, and lettuce. Great taste and portions. Staff was very nice, fast service.

Fajita nachos with fresh chopped tomatoes and onions on top. Very good. The fajita steak is very tender. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

Best authentic Mexican food around! I normally do take out (when wife is shopping in Champaign and goes through Savoy on the way home for my favorite Mexican restaurant). Recently, we had Dine In, and it was great food, service, and atmosphere! A+++++

We love going here! Great friendly service and food is delicious! What extra you ask for they will always try and get what you want. Highly recommend this place! My favorite is Pollo con Crema
