I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from the Enterprise Car Rental on Prospect Ave in Champaign, IL, and I can confidently say that Branch Manager Bryanna Towns and her staff exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, my experience with Enterprise was nothing short of exceptional.

Bryanna Towns, the Branch Manager, displayed a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction. She went above and beyond to ensure that my rental needs were met and that I had a seamless experience. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist truly set the tone for the outstanding service provided by her team.

The staff at this Enterprise location were equally impressive. They were efficient, courteous, and attentive to detail. Every interaction I had with them was pleasant, and it was evident that they genuinely care about their customers' needs. The rental process was a little sluggish due to Spring Break, however it was hassle-free, thanks to their expertise and efficiency.

The vehicles available for rent were clean, and well-maintained. I felt confident and comfortable driving the car I rented, knowing that it had been thoroughly inspected and cared for by the Enterprise team.

We recently rented a car from Enterprise to use for vacation travel from IL to FL roundtrip. The car fit our needs perfectly. We rented a Nissan Maxima and it got great mileage, it was perfect for two of us and had been well maintained. If there was anything I would say could have been done better, it would have been cleaning the glass better (especially the windshield and rear window). We consider this a minor issue and of course, cleaned those ourselves. The staff at the North Prospect, Champaign location was very professional, courteous and easy to work with throughout the entire process front-to-back. We have rented from this Enterprise location before and will continue to do so with confidence in the future.

I have used Enterprise for about two years now and each time the customer service is amazing. They always are quick with check in, as long as you have all the documents you need to verify- they are always making sure you are in and out. There have been times my car wasn’t ready which pushed back my schedule, however, they always try to accommodate you and make sure you are taken care of. Somethings we just can’t control. Overall, I enjoy the office here in Champaign.

We had a great experience renting from Enterprise on Prospect in Champaign, Illinois. Kiara Fleming was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and very efficient. She was thorough but also respectful of our time. Overall an excellent experience and we would recommend Enterprise on Prospect to our friends and family.

I've always felt Enterprise on Prospect Avenue in Champaign was way too small. Sometimes they're tight on available vehicles because not everyone returns them in time like they are supposed to. But the staff does an excellent job.
Sometimes your the windshield and sometimes you're the bug. LOL. Today I'm definitely the windshield! Just rented a brand new 2024 Nissan Altima with less than 100mi on it!!!
Got in and got out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks to the team and the Enterprise App.

No cars were available at my pickup time, but it was handled well with clarification and communication. I've rented from the Prospect location for years and have consistently had positive experiences.

Jarrel and Bryanna were great it was an easy process. This location is always extremely busy even though there was a wait they both were pleasant and answers most of my questions in their beginning greeting: process break down.

Flawless experience, huge shoutouts to Bryana and Fernando for the very positive check in experience. Very kind and positive people. Another shoutout to Imani for the quick check out experience, as well as to Joshua who, while I did not interact with, was doing a lot for others. As someone who has been in the service industry for a while, it’s nice to see everyone stay positive in a high stress environment. You can see that they are trying their best, which is good for me.

Everyone did great! Hope for similar service in the future, minus all the reminders, phone calls and emails to do this review.

They put me in a 2023 Nissan Altima with less than 20,000 miles on it! I stayed in that car for a week and the rate was very low I loved every moment of my trip! Thank you Enterprise!

Great experience. I reserved a car but was told they were all rented out. However to my surprise I was given a free upgrade. Love that I was able to reserve more days online. Selena and Briana are great at what they do.

I've used this particular Enterprise location quite a few times over the years, but I have to say recently the employees there now have really stepped up their customer service game. They are all very friendly and helpful. I haven't had a problem with any aspect of renting a vehicle from them.
Of course they have to deal with a few hiccups while being very busy. But they manage to do a fantastic job. Will continue to use this as my go to for renting a vehicle whenever the need arises.

We had a mid sized car reserved, but when we got there to pick it up they didn't have any left. They offered us a van at the same rate. Very nice vehicle with excellent gas mileage. Thanks for the free upgrade!

everyone was really kind even though it was a bit chaotic and rainy that day (weekend before spring break). i was really impressed because working in customer service can be suuuuuch a drag, so kudos to this team for keeping it together, they seemed happy to be there. give them all raises. especially after a $200 bill lol yall can afford it.

She was friendly, and professional and knew what she was doing. She helped me navigate my way through the process and it was done quickly and efficiently. With employees like Imani Russell I'll keep coming back to Enterprise and recommend it to everyone.

I picked my car up at the Champaign, IL, location and the women working there were Amazing!! It was very crowded and they all worked quickly and diligently to help everyone there. They were all very personable and concerned about each individual. They made the car rental process smooth and easy. Each one of these women are an asset to Enterprise. Show them you appreciate their excellent work...give each of them a very nice raise!

Shania is an amazing employee. It’s rare to find someone willing to go above and beyond but she definitely did. I left enterprise after getting a rental car due to an accident and I was nervous to drive so she gave me her card to email her to let her know I made it home safely. Such a sweet soul. Enterprise is a better place because of her!
