Working with Megan to get us into our new home was nothing short of amazing. She was truly professional, courteous and insightful. I truly enjoy renting through Fairlawn because their properties are clean, nicely kept and a dream to live in!

First time living in an apartment and I’m glad I picked West Mound Apartments. I’ve been here now over a year. When I need something fixed maintance are awesome. They show up the same day or the next day. They clean up after, they are very friendly just not enough words to describe them. The property manager she too is awesome, she listens to you with and if you have a problem. And she also gets things taken care of. She has been getting stuff done to the outside to make the complex look great. She’s in the process of remolding inside of the apartments. She has done a lot just in the year I’ve been here. I’m just thankful that I chose West Mound Apartments as my home. You won’t be disappointed WHEN you choose to live here. And I looked at a lot of apartments before I decided where I was moving to. OH OH and Devin he works in the office. He is awesome too. He answers all your questions. And makes things get done. I just can’t say enough about living here. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently moved out of my place with Fairlawn. Due to a change in ownership near the end of my lease I was having quite the trouble gathering information on my lease from the new owner. Despite Fairlawn no longer managing my home I decided to give Fairlawn a shot to see if anyone could help me out. I spoke with Megan who was able to email me a copy of my current lease, not only that but she went above and beyond as well. Megan took the time to help me read through my lease and get a better understanding of what I was looking at and for. Megan was extremely helpful and I truly appreciate her hard work and the time she took out of her day to help me the best she could. I was genuinely satisfied with my experience with Megan and my overall experience with Fairlawn as a tenant

We reached out to Fairlawn after our previous rental plans fell through on the first day of our lease. Megan gave us a tour of the apartment the same day we contacted the company (a Friday), and we were able to move in by the following Wednesday. We really appreciated that she was willing to stay after-hours to complete and approve our application. She understood we were in an emergency situation and responded in kind. Thank you Megan! Since moving in we have had very few problems, except for maybe the slow response time for minor maintenance requests.

Megan was my leasing agent and she made the overal process from start to finish easy, stress free, and most importantly fast. She is so kind and showed interest in my needs during my move. I have had nothing but positive experiences thus far, and look forward to many more.

Our maintenance and management team has been working hard for us to have a safe and comfortable environment here. I can’t say enough about Robert one of our maintenance. I moved into Fairlawn Village on December 1 and Megan Osborne was my leasing agent. She is AWESOME. She is super responsive, a huge help, and made the move in process easy and worry-free!

Maliyah was very helpful with the viewing process, as well as the application process. She kept me informed and my daughter and myself thought she was very professional when she showed us the units we viewed. Maliyah has definitely made this a smooth transition for us.

Every experience I have had with Fairlawn has been great ! All maintenance requests are acted upon efficiently, and they always keep you informed. I would highly recommend this place or any properties that Fairlawn manages or owns ! Very, very happy 😊.

My move in experience at Versailles Apartments was fine . Marsha the property management made sure I moved in my apartment in a timely manner. She Was very polite to me and explained things to me . I see she really cares about what's she's doing and she wants a good relationship with her tenants, Scott also. I see she really cares for her tenants and I see they are really doing the best they can. Taking care of the property. She checked on things how everything was going for me and took care of the repairs. The maintenance man Scott also took care of repairs in a timely manner. He was very polite also. Thanks for all the help and the hard work you guys have put into your job.

Hi.I have lived here for a year. The management has been great. Also the custodial crew is outstanding. For example, a couple of weeks ago, with a swimming pool that I wasn’t t aware of, There was a problem with a clogged drain and I had a mess. I reported the situation and I had help it seemed instantly. The crew member came quickly, unclogged the drain and sent in two more members who began to clean up a terrible mess. I was overwhelmed but they took over and began clean up. They removed the water which took two days and also put a blower. on the carpet to dry it. Very quick and professional and it looks great.A big THANK YOU and it looks great. They went above and beyond. And it looks great!

I have a good Experience here and I would like to stay with Fairlawn over and over again. Everything is great and they respond immediately if you need any assistance. Highly recommend!

The Lincolnshire Drive apartment has been an enjoyable experience for me. In addition to the friendly and helpful management, they have quiet and respectful neighbors. The area is also safe and convenient. I'm really glad I chose this place to live. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to rent. The value for money is great, and I know I'll be living here for a long time.

Smile has always been helpful and prompt. The best part is all the events and programs it hosts for all the residents. Makes me feel like home!

I have been renting from Fairlawn for four (almost five) years between two properties, and they have been the best landlord I have had in this town. Maintenance has always been prompt and responsive and management has been on top of answering questions. Now that I am leaving Fairlawn I requested COVID precautions to still be used when showing my unit, and Katie Johnson worked with me to figure out a solution that worked with both parties.

Maliyah was patient, diligent, professional, and kind. I felt like she sincerely cared about helping me find the right place for us. Looking forward to checking out our new digs!

The maintenance staff here has always been amazing! We've had Corey out for a few maintenance requests and he's always been extremely timely, professional, friendly, and gets everything taken care of. Definitely the best maintenance staff we've had!

Technician Bobby came to repair the apartments heating issue immediately. Boiler would not shut off even tho the heat had been turned off the previous day. Very warm in the apt…. Bobby reset the breakers, checked the boiler room and then bought a new thermostat, installed and fixed the problem! Courteous, knowledgeable, professional. Very happy!!

Unlike many of their competitors, Fairlane is very communicative and has real people that are willing to speak to you on the phone and address all your concerns. I’m all for tech, but sometimes, especially when it’s something as important as where you live, you need a human. And they do NOT treat you as if they are doing you a favor. They KNOW you are the customer and they treat you with grace… at the very least, Brandis does this with ease. An absolute gem. I will work with them in the future if I have a need without any hesitation.
