Overall I had a wonderful experience shopping at Sides. I like the fact I was allowed to browse the store without being hounding and when I had questions, they were there to answer. Delivery was fast and they guys were very professional. Did I say how happy I am with my new sectional sofa 😊

Great people with which to work. They were very helpful but gave us our space to look around and make sure we were completely decided on what we wanted. Love our couch and love seat! Delivery was exactly on time as stated and went smoothly.

And today the *brothers team* lol...delivered and set up my new sectional and they also were super friendly and very professional! This day and time personalized service is virtually a thing of the past, not at Sides. Attention to detail and customer service is their strong point as well as having quality merchandise in stock and not shipped after purchase with an unknown delivery date. We purchased a new Speed Queen washer and dryer from sides as well as a new King adjustable bed and couldn't be happier. The items were delivered when promised and set up with minimal hassle by two very friendly Sides' delivery guys. My wife and I highly recommend Sides as we shopped all the big box stores and found Sides to deliver on all their promises. Still as friendly and accommodating as ever, bought a new recliner there today.

We've lived in Jasper 3 years now - moved from Houston, TX. Right after we moved, my husband's recliner broke. We were really pleased to find a beautiful oversized electric recliner made in the USA. And, for a fair price. Then... Good Friday- our deep freezer died! Anyone remember how hard it was to find certain items during COVID may be aware deep freezers were SCARCE!! Out of tons of calls, we were happy to hear they had 2. We purchased the larger, got it home and didn't lose any food! Then; in 2021 - our washing machine went out. So back to Side's we went! Bought a new washer and dryer. We've needed service on washer twice (1 ended up frozen water in the hose and this last the locking device broke) Not only are the sales staff friendly, professional and knowledgeable but their maintenance guy ROCKS! For both calls- he was out within 24 hours (more like with 6!)

You will find a good variety of each type of furniture. The store is layed out nicely - in a wa t that makes finding what you are looking for easy! They carry a great line of furniture made in the US so, for us, that's bonus points!

Bart was our salesperson... super knowledgeable and very nice guy. He wasn't pushy and answered all our questions. Love the new purchase and even the delivery guys were great! Look forward to shopping again there soon. Thanks Bart and Sides Furniture 🙂

Sides Appliances gave me great personal service when I ordered a new washer/ dryer set! George called me and asked if he could upgrade my set to a more expensive nicer set at no extra charge to me because the set I ordered was not in stock. He had it delivered to me within two days and Jesse and JR were very nice and respectful while they were connecting my washer/dryer. Bart was very nice and professional while going over my order on the phone. I'm very happy with my new set. I will shop local again from Sides Furniture and Appliances in Dora.

Bart is absolutely amazing! He has always taken great care of my family! He always remembers us when we come and asks about the family that is not with us at the time! Sides always has quality furniture and I would recommend them to anyone!

I just love George and his staff! They are so kind and always make sure that I am happy with my purchase and delivery! They sell top of the line quality products. I have bought furniture from them for over 35years and I have never had a problem with a product. I just bought new living room furniture and I absolutely love it!
