Regions Bank

I have been banking with Regions for over 10 years! The prattville branch on Main Street is the best! And the banker I dealt with on my last visit ,well she was outstanding!!

The associates at the Prattville branch rock!! They were extremely busy but acknowledged everyone as they entered, some by name. It was my first time utilizing that branch and they made me feel like we were old friends. They took their time to listen and resolve my problem, including other issues, making suggestions and more.

My visit their were really great,I thought they have an ATM for BofA customers,that were stated on Google. The teller said sorry ,we don’t ,but she were very nice and helpful to me and put me in their system if I needed to come back ,she were very patience and humble.

I have been banking with Regions for over 4 years and have been very satisfied. The Prattville branch location on Main Street is outstanding! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the branch on HWY 14 in Prattville has the worst tellers I've ever experienced! I have been twice and dealt with the same older lady both times and she was rude & unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to that branch!

Every time I go there is something wrong with the atm.

Today was the first and last time I will ever set foot in your financial institutions ever. I came in to cash 2 checks from one of your acct holders with proper ID and was told as the teller walked halfway to the drive thru to make the transaction that I would be charged a 5% fee since I wasn't a member....really??? It was from your member, "that you charge fees for having the account", and then rip me off to cash it???? Needless to say everyone in the bank heard me say that I'd never have any kinds of dealing with your bank again. And being rude with a condescending tone sealed the deal too. great job of customer service and being absolutely sure of losing a possible future customer lady. I'll also not refer anyone to your bank as well.!!!

This is the worst Regions bank which i have gone in America. Especially, this local branch is the worst Regions bank for Koreans. How much arrogant the African American workers to treat Koreans….They didn’t try to help Korean customers. They only know how to do for Korean customers not to come..They can only easy answer “ No”….. After that, they are yelling to Korean visitors with the action which they did their best. They are loudly yelling “ thanks “ after they say “ No”… After that, they are absolutely promoted because they can deride Koreans. They don’ care about Korean customers.

I opened an account online with $50. I never used the account for 6 months and went back into the bank to receive my $50. Regions said they charged me $8 a month for "no activity" and closed my account. All this activity without ONE communication to me.
