We used Ellis Interiors for carpeting our entire 2nd floor. They had great selections, let me take samples home to see them in our light, had the flooring ordered and installed in less than 3 weeks. Never again. There were ridges in my floor after it was installed and the owner refused to come look at what his installers did. After a month of trying to get someone from Ellis Ineriors to come fix it, I called my credit card company to do a charge-back. Within an hour, the installer contacted me to come back and fix the uneven flooring he had installed.
