Generally well stocked, friendly staff, clean store. Big shoutout to Kevin at the self checkout. He assisted with bagging my groceries as I scanned them and did a superb job. Attentive, competent, and fantastic,efficient customer service. Give that man a raise!

I went to the pharmacy via the drive thru on 2/14/24 at about 530pm, and the lady that waited on me was super helpful, and had a friendly smile. Thank you for excellent customer service. Im sorry I did not catch your name, I noticed a name tag, but could not remember it. I hope you have a wonderful week.

What can I say? It's a grocery store. Excellent produce, deli/bakery selections are good, there's a Starbucks and pharmacy. It's one of the newer Kroger stores in my area and I shop there weekly

Store always has everything you need in stock. Fast and easy checkout. Never have to wait for customer service.

This is a very good store for getting food and other things

Deli guy was super nice and helpful,it was closing time for the deli and the worker could have said sorry come back tomorrow but he didn't do that. He had already cleaned up the machine and area but he still helped me out and cut my meat and cheese for me. I didn't get his name but Sir I am very greatful to you for your kindness and your help that evening...folks try out Kroger of teays valley WV

Not very busy at this time of night, & was able to go inside & select the items I needed in a quick fashion, without any incidents, & use the self- checkout registers, with no wait time & exit the store in less than 15-20 minutes.

The only issue I found problems with, was while checking out, at the near end of my transaction, I had 4 coupons, & I had to wait about 6-8 minutes on a cashier to come to the front to manually apply my coupons credit to my subtotal, because the self-checkout registers do not allow the customer to enter in coupons or any type of discount code, which I found to be time consuming.

The only thing that up set me was kids riding on marcarts and people that needed them did not get them

We love our Kroger store. The butcher is so helpful and knows our shopping styles. He adds the seasoning to our meat and seafood and let's us know if any typical seasoning we like is not available that week. The staff are so friendly and will even walk with you to take you to an item you are trying to locate. The bakery employees are also outstanding. They are so nice and friendly we look forward to seeing them each week. Mindy does an awesome job designing cakes to match your needs.

All the staff in the store are so kind and if there is a problem with someone and you tell them, even through the survey's from the receipt, they do something about it. We have only had one problem with staff and it was corrected.

They offer free fresh fruit for kids and a free slice of cheese or cookie for kids. They have kid friendly events frequently. The customer service keeps us coming back week after week. Sunday's around noon is crowded but it is a popular shopping time but the staff is still friendly and informative during busy times.

This Brand New Kroger is awesome! It’s huge, and reminds me of a Whole Foods. There’s any kind of food you could ever want here. HUGE produce department and organic section, deli, meat, even a Starbucks. So glad my parents live nearby. It has everything they need.

Very clean, friendly employees, quick in and out

The new Kroger‘s is simply amazing. So much more stuff and so nice. One of my favorite things is the cheese shop, yes a cheese shop! There is literally someone who sits there all day at the fancy cheese counter whose whole job is just to help you pick out a nice cheese, and maybe some pairing items for it too.

We shop Teays Valley Kroger because they are the best locally. Fast and efficient with the click list and I love the fact they have a full fresh sushi bar most days of the week. I usually use their click list but when I do go inside I like to check out the fresh foods and the winery sections. They always have more variety than my closest kroger store.

The Gentleman named "Dave" who was working the self checkout yesterday evening (6-24-2021) at the new Teays Valley store is a great asset to your company. He understands customer service. He was kind, friendly, helpful and quickly provided a solution. He should be a manager.
