AT&T Store

I needed to walk out of the store with a working phone after losing mine in a very bad car accident the day before. Hayden was jumping up to help us the minute we walked in, and helped us keep our bill the same price despite adding a fourth line to the account. He worked perfectly within the store's parameters to get what we needed done in just one sitting. Also, Hayden was very kind to us and patient with me considering the car accident. I was still shaken up, but he took his time to make sure he understood my needs and took care of them.

Aaron was a super help at the Teays Valley store.
He answered all our questions and was very thorough during our visit.
He even helped us save some money on our trade ins!

I have had the most horrible experience with att, from a retail store. Could not get anything resolved at my local store in st.albans,wv customer service was the worst, nothing but lies, no follow up calls as promised and nothing ever got fixed. Very unprofessional management and staff at st.albans,wv location. However was told by someone to go to a corporate store, never knew there was a difference. The moment I walked through the door at At&t store 73, we were greeted by a very polite, professional and knowledgeable staff. The store was very clean and well stocked. The manager and gentleman that helped resolve my issues single handedly changed my mind on leaving att for good. All of your "authorized retailers" should be trained by this store!!! Night and day difference couldn't be happier with my experience at att73.

My husband and I recently switched to AT&T after recently moving to a non-USCellular area.(we were their customers for over 25 year). We spent almost 4 hours at TeayS Valley store getting all 3 Android phones switched to iPhone 13 Pro Max and another 2 hours when we went back to purchase watches. Our service and the service of other customers was exemplary. Luke (our guy) and the other employees went above & beyond to get us converted to Apple. They went above & beyond to promptly get us taken care of and to answer our many questions without making us feel dumb). I can’t say that about USCell. Luke has also been available (even when not on duty). The store manager, Summer, I think that was her name, also worked to help us get our discount for being nurses. Everyone has been very polite, professional and available to help us with our transition to Apple. They especially seem to love what they do and it shows. In my opinion, that is what defines good customer service. We are SOLD on AT&T and best of all our service is GREAT. I didn’t think we would ever change but feel confident we made the right choice. I would definitely recommend Luke & his colleagues to others. They are truly AT&T ROCKSTARS. What else could a company wish from their employees.

I came in this week to trade my iPhone in and preorder the new one; I can’t remember the man who helped me but he was super quick and very helpful! I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes and that’s never happened, especially on a preorder launch day! (I go every year). This is the only location of AT&T that my family and I will go to for phone support. Everyone is very kind and patient. You never have to wait to be greeted, you are met directly at the door as soon as you walk in!

I have been to this store before. They are very polite and considerate. My other phone had stopped working, so I needed to purchase another. I purchased a Samsung Phone and I'm a happy camper.

Brent was an exceptional employee. He helped my family switch service from Sprint and helped me with the switch as I live in another state. He went above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered and that we received the best care and service. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a cell provider. Thank you, Brent!

Walked directly in with no wait time. Very friendly representative took care of my transaction with a professional, friendly attitude. I’ve had interactions with most all store employees at one time or another and have always had good visits and problems resolved.

Needed a upgrade on cell, Aaron was very knowledgeable and got me in and out fast, Teays valley store seems to always have multiple people on duty to serve their customers in a timely manor unlike Sprint/t mobile, always get great service at this AT&T

I stopped in to buy an accessory and was greeted politely, helped quickly and efficiently. I showed interest in a device and the young man was very knowledgeable about the product and showed me several features, most of which is I wasn’t aware of.

ATT teays valley is the class act of all ATT stores,best smartest most knowledgeable phone tech professionals by far in the area. Great staff! Lady that helped me went the extra mile to get me all the things that I needed. She even made sure that my tablet was working properly before I left the store.

Always my go-to store when I have issues, need to make changes or purchase a new phone. This is a corporate store and the staff is extremely well versed with their products and tech, more so than a lot of "authorized resellers" in the area.
