The gentleman who helped us in the furniture Department was absolutely amazing

I have loved Big Lots all my life. From the rare foods to the discount furniture to the holiday decorations, Big Lots has consistently filled the "Let's see what they have" shopping niche that other big box stores over-saturate with intense commercialism. For this Teays Valley location specifically, it is always neat and clean. It is well organized and has helpful staff. The location has accessible parking and is easy to get in and out of. It actually used to be part of an old Kroger in the 70's from my Facebook surfing, so it is a good size department store. Keep it up Big Lots Teays Valley! 👍👍👍

Best Big Lots store they have,the early early morning crew is very nice and helpful...the lady's that is..Darlena,Brenda, and Teresa are the best. Great job ladys. You guys are what keep people coming back

Love shopping at Big Lots, hated that my husband stayed in the car and sent me in for Laundry detergent, so much to look at i could spend a few hours in there ❤

Stopped in Odd Lots for a quick pickup....since our Kmart has closed and I just wanted a quick shopping experience. Never expected the service to be good much less exceptional! These guys go above and beyond to help you even when you haven’t asked for help! Excellent!

Big lots always has nice employees and good customer service. the store itself is a little outdated but they do have good deals on most merchandise and such. overall 4.5 out of 5 I think. I would recommend others to go and have a nice shopping experience.

Nice clean store in Hurricane, WV. They have so much different and beautiful home decorations, yard decorations, just everything. Nice cashiers also.

My go to for La Croix water. Great for soda, snacks and other household supplies. Cute dog gear and always an interesting selection of season décor. The patio furniture and outdoor décor as usually good quality and on trend.

The recent expansion and makeover provided room for more furniture and outdoor patio items. Big Lots in Teays Valley is well maintained and managed by a friendly team, many who have been there for a long time. Easy parking with a newly paved parking lot.

Staff was friendly from the moment we walked in! Bathrooms were very clean and smelled nice too! Store was clean.

The Best Big Lots out of All of the big Lots store's is this one...Good clean store and restrooms. Most of the employee's there are very friendly and helpful..like Darlena,Teresa,&Tamera. Then you have a bad apple in every store...this store's rudest,hatefulest & most nasty employee is pam...steer clear of that cashier.Marty is a great team manager...ask him anything you want to.

I got an excellent price on a nice recliner and saved about 200 dollars over other stores. The staff was very helpful and helped me load the chair

I think this Big Lots looks the best. I like how the furniture is in the front. Very clean and well laid out. Every Big Lots needs to look like this one.

Neat, organized, friendly clerks. Prices are good. They carry a few grocery items I can only find at Big Lots.

The store is amazing— they have a wide variety of items and foods, however, the bathroom reminds me of Chernobyl.

One of my favorite stores. You can't be sure what you will find there from visit to visit, but it's usually a bargain. Watch for 20% off weekends. Get on the email list.
