My shopping experience today was amazing! First of all the store is basically immaculate. All of the employees working the floor are actually tidying up, reaching out to customers offering their assistance and being kind. Everyone working there was friendly. The restroom was clean as well as the dressing room. Yes, their dressing rooms are open! How great is that?! Jo, Kimberly & Teresa all interacted with me and helped me either find a top to match a particular split skirt I was buying, handed things over the door to me in the dressing room, or went to unlock the bathroom for me to use. I was in there quite a while. They had a lot of inventory with great sales going on. I don't like to shop, but they made it fun for me today! I highly recommend this store and great set of employees who give wonderful customer service.

Good place to get branded stuff in less price

Fist times I've went to this store and I will for sure be going back. School supply shopping for 3 girls was made easy and cheap. I couldnt believe the prices on things. It was insane! We will definitely be back. All the workers were so helpful and extremely nice! They even helped me sign up for their coupon system. They also give active military 10% off! Way to support our military!

If you love clothes; women’s, mens, children, all types of shoes, at bargain prices, this is a great store to find some real markdowns. Some of the best clothes and biggest discounts come from boutique shops from around the country that have gone out of business. Before you go, always check the website for an extra discount coupon and be sure to signup for their email list so you get the coupon or sale dates and times (Power Hours) sent to you. You Usually get an extra 10-20% off the discount price with the coupon or sale. Just so you know, if the boutique original price was $60, they will have the S&M (more Style, Less Money) price next to it, many times at 50% off ($30), then you take an additional discount off what the sign above the rack shows , sometimes it is additional 20% off. The right side wall when you walk in can have an addition 70%-80% off “the lowest ticketed price”.
This store does the same for shoes and kids clothes in the very back. If you have shopped at a Nordstrom Rack, this is similar, but about 60% cheaper. The Rack has really gone up in price the last time we visited the store in Houston. The mens clothes are more limited than the lady’s section, but still have deep discounts. Just remember, the lowest ticket price is usually not your final lowest price, so ask if you’re not sure if it’s going to be discounted further at the register, many times it is 20%-50% additional off them the S&M price. Check the website for a coupon, go during “Power Hours” and know the ticket price can be lower by the percent sign above the rack, and then find that bargain. It is so satisfying coming away with a quality high end item at a vary deep discounted price. You do have to search a bit, but what a deal when you find it. Happy shopping.

Good deals and large selection! I have been shopping at S&M since I was a kid and they were in the Gaylynn shopping center. Their service, selection and prices have always been consistently good throughout the years. Always shop local first!

Love this store, I had not been back here since I moved back to Beaumont , but I went in Memorial Day weekend and found lots of bargains. Everyone was so nice and helpful, very friendly staff.

I always enjoy shopping here, but I'm not sure why it's described here as a " women's" shopping center. They mens clothing also, as well as childrens. Plus much more. I usually find what I'm looking for and often leave buying more than I intended ( especially if my wife is with me).

I have found many expensive brands, including Kate Spade, Elaine Turner, and Stuart Weitzman, for a bargain here. They always have sales going on and apply additional discounts at the counter, so you can always find great deals here!
