They remodeled the store and it's easier to find products now. Before they would was always have low stock on needed items, but now it seems like they are well stocked up on products.

Every first of the month they have. Workshop for kids we build barbecue bit. It was fun doing Father's Day weekend. My grandbabies and I enjoyed ourselves. Building tiny barbecue pits. Keep up the amazing work ❤🙏🏽 God bless you all 🙏🏽🙏🏽

We have spent a lot of time and money at Home Depot over the last 3 years doing some improving and remodeling of our house and property. At first I wasn't sure about the customer service and it was shaky at best but it has definitely improved but maybe that is just because I am recognizable because of how much I am in there but I'm not sure

My Husband and I were in Home Depot in Beaumont Saturday and we needed help finding an item, we asked an employee who was stocking merchandise for assistance, the employee spoke with us in depth of where we possibly could find what we were looking for and suggested another store . After speaking with the employee we found out she is the Store Manager, Let Brown .
A good leader leads by example and Let Brown is definitely leading her employees by example.
She is the type of Manager that will work as hard as her employees, she is a hands on Manager.
The store was clean , organized, and employees are willing to help you with your needs.
We commend Let Brown and her employees on a job well done .

The best service I've ever had in a Home Depot, they went above and beyond for us after hurricane Beryl.

The service here is AWESOME! The managers make sure that you're taken care of. I've called the manager twice in the last two weeks to compliment employees who went out of their way to help me.

I visited the store to pick up an internet order and was greeted quickly by a friendly young man at the Help Desk who confirmed my order and also had the duty of retrieving the over- sized package and carting it to the pick up area. It was about 8 p.m. and not very busy, so I was able to get in and out in only a few minutes.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the appliance department. Loved working with the team! Used the spouse mil id to get 10% off, must have a login. Also, they are pet friendly!

The past two visits have been fantstic.. I've been going to Lowe's for years. Found out the prices are better at Home Depot and the level of customer service is off the chain. Tammy in Garden Shop was amazing. Everyone is so friendly.. Will definitely be back.

Joseph in the Garden Center is awesome! I told him the problem I was having with weeds and plants growing in between the cracks of the concrete, and he walked me exactly to where I needed to be and also helped me find the shearers I needed. Great store Summer is a great employee and goes above and beyond in pro services.

I was looking for a particular product so I called first and was able to speak with someone without any long wait time. I was told they had plenty and to come on in and someone would take care of me. So I did and almost immediately I was greeted by can I help you find something. I was then escorted to a certain department and introduced to an associate who totally impressed me with excellent customer service. I then made my selection and purchased the product. Checking out was a breeze. They even offered to bring my purchase outside to my vehicle, which I accepted. The positive attitudes, and great customer service will turn me into a repeat customer.
