Econo Lodge Beaumont I-10 South

I have stayed at many hotels through my life, many of them in 5 Star resorts in popular vacation locations but I have never been treated as well as at this hotel by Kevin (manager) and his great wife!!
The rooms are very comfortable, very clean and well maintained.
I highly recommend this hotel.
I just wish they could clone Kevin & his wife so every hotel would be this special

Spent 2 weeks there Kevin and his family while waiting on truck repairs. I can't say enough about their hospitality and care for their guests. The location is perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat without dealing with all of the construction traffic. The rooms are completely remodeled and up to date. Whether it's overnight, or an extended stay,I'd strongly suggest Econolodge.

The best ever!these guys saved us after the Hurricane! Clean rooms and great customer service! We felt very welcome! We recommend this hotel! The price was right! And the accommodations were meager!

The manager runs a tight ship. The housekeeping was very good and flexible to adjust to our schedule. This is definitely my go to place when I am in the area. Also the Wi-Fi bandwidth was much better than what I experienced in similar places. Note also that Cracker Barrel is next to it and Black Bear Diner is just on the other side of the street.

I was Completely satisfied with the overall service here at this hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are clean. Good location and atmosphere. Beautiful hotel along with all the creature comforts and awesome customer service.

Very comfortable stay. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and welcoming. Free breakfast in morning... It wasn't much, but it's not like I paid a lot for the room. For the amount I paid... It was everything you could have needed. Clean room and comfortable bed and nice water pressure in the shower.

Wayyy better then I expected, rooms are so very clean, clean white sheets/pillows, no cigarette burns on covers, smells clean. Nice neat, restaurants/gas stations are right across the street or nearby. Fast and easy check in very friendly front desk service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was very pleased with the rooms, service, and location. There is a Cracker Barrel right next door. A diner across the street and fuel next to the diner. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the traffic noise. There must be a fire station close by because we heard the trucks several times during the night. But I would definitely stay here again.

Good place, nice renovation, friendly service, clean. Big fridge and microwave included. Some dining options across the street. The only issue was an air conditioner that works only in a low (weak) blowing mode. As a result, the humidity level in the room is rather high. But overall, it's a great spot for the price.

The room and location were ideal. The beds were great.

We booked this hotel online but, upon arriving, they turned us away because I have a service dog. We spoke with the manager who demanded to know the nature of my disability, which is against ADA regulations. I'm 39 years old and have had this service dog for 11 years. ADA allows a business to ask 1. Is it a service dog (yes) and 2. What service does it provide (alerts and grounding). They are NOT allowed to ask what your disability is. NO kind of business is allowed to ask for your disability.

But even after telling the manager, through tears, my disability, his response was that there would be a $100 fee when they find that there was an animal in the room. This is also illegal, but we're not from Texas, we were passing through to get to my father in law's funeral, and rather than go through legal action, we left.

I have not received a refund because the online service I booked this room through will not refund me unless the hotel puts in writing that they will approve the refund. The hotel manager has refused to comply.

I have disputed the charge, reported the hotel to the ADA, and also reported the booking service to the BBB.
