Good prices, great selection and knowledgeable staff. Best barrel picks and raffles in town. I owe my best finds to Longhorn!

I've visited this location of Longhorn Liquor a few times, as well as many of their other locations. This store in particular is really great, with a really big selection (better than the nearby Spec's). The staff I have interacted with have all been very friendly and helpful and I would recommend this store to anyone. I would also recommend any of the other Longhorn Liquor stores in the area, as all of the ones I have visited were excellent as well. I've met the owner too and will say he does a great job catering to all sorts of preferences, constantly looking to get in new and interesting products. I appreciate his drive for the business and willingness to always learn more about what he can offer his customers.

Very welcoming, very helpful. We have a rewards card now and I even ordered some stuff because I felt comfortable with the associates to do that. They listen and care. Im happy I found a place I feel a connection to and feel comfortable coming into alone.

The Longhorn chain in general, and especially this store is as well run as they come. You are always greated when you walk in, and the staff won't hesitate to drop everything to help you with your selection. They have one of the largest selections in the area, but if there is a unique item that you are looking for and they don't have in store, they will always do their best to order it for you. This store also has a great feel to it. Always clean, wide aisles, and stocked in a way that makes it easy to find what you are looking for.

Longhorn Liquor has a great selection and friendly staff! I have visited this location many times and always leave feeling valued as a customer. The stores are always clean and well organized. The knowledgable staff has helped find specific products and provide recommendations when needed. Although I don't live in Beaumont anymore, glad to have another Longhorn location nearby.

I went in to the Beaumont store recently, as I regularly do. Was greeted by a friendly smile as always. I noticed some older guy walking around with pen and paper. He walked to the register and began complaining about prices, saying he could get one bottle for cheaper at specs. He was very rude to the staff. The owner, Mike, happened to be in the store and stepped in to speak to the man. I couldn’t hear everything said, didn’t want to be too nosy, but it sounded like this isn’t the first or second time this guy has done this. The guy was very loud and rude, and started telling mike how to run his store. Mike looked like he was trying to remain calm, but eventually told the guy he could take a bottle for free if he promised to never come back. This seemed to make the guy even more upset, and he kept arguing with the owner. Another employee walked up to me and apologized, said they’d been dealing with this guy for months now, and he always does the same thing. I told him no worries, and then he helped me pick out a nice Pinot Grigio to go with the dinner I had planned on cooking, as well as helped me find a nice store-picked bourbon that has exceeded my expectations (at a very reasonable price). I have found their prices are always very competitive, and they also offer a level of customer service than can’t be found at other stores. I’ll continue shopping here, even if a bottle of Pikesville rye is 80 cents higher than at specs.

Excellent place to pick up a few things your searching for at a REASONABLE price. Stopped there on vacation and found several things I can’t find back home. Even had a small issue with being charged twice on a bottle and was already 2 states away before I called them. They quickly resolved the issue. Thanks folks for being an honest place to deal with.

Visited this store yesterday and after grabbing all of my favorite whiskey bottles at reasonable prices this crybaby customer was complaining about how the prices were slightly too high compared to specs.

Clearly this ignorant self entitled customer had no clue how pricing works.

He was belligerently debating this with the owner who you could Clearly tell was being so patient to this guest who had no clue what he was talking about. So the owner actually offered to give him the bottle for free instead of arguing with him.

The guys still whined about pricing not understanding that the big box stores get better pricing than the small stores.
Long story short the guy started crying, literally on the floor and the owner doubled down on his offer and gave him an actual milk bottle along with his Willett pot still and the guy left abruptly because his diaper was full.

Great store. Would totally recommend to everyone.

My only criticism is the store should carry more diapers. The customer clearly needed them and had to go elsewhere. Missed opportunity.

Came in today and was immediately greeted by Marrissa! She had an amazingly friendly and lovely personality. Their selection was impressive and priced better than their competitors. I will definitely be back in the near future!

Best selection and availability of liquors and cigars around. My favorite part of going to Beaumont is stopping in at Longhorn. The staff love what they do the and can always put you on something you'll enjoy. I always leave with a good whiskey and my wife loves their vodka selection. Check them out, it's a much better experience than the big box stores and their private barrel selections are always delicious.

Best selection, and by far the best prices! They have store picks, where these guys go and pick out the highest quality barrels from your favorite distillers! I refuse to spend my money anywhere else, these guys have the best juice and best customer service!

Friendly staff. I just wish they carried Fiesta wines.

Mike Williams and his staff have been very generous to the people they serve when finding your spirit, wine, and beer needs. They go far beyond to excel in their customer service with insight better than the big box stores of Specs and Total Wine. Again, they go far and beyond so its always better to support local whether you are in Beaumont are the other stores in the SETX. Glad they have open the Katy location and soon to be in the Houston area!

I've been to the Beaumont, mid county and Silsbee locations. All of them have a great selection and the staff is always helpful. If they don't have something right then they know when they're getting it. Honestly, they are a little higher than other places, but they also don't look the other way when you walk past them and you're obviously looking for something. I do my best to shop here exclusively.

Longhorn is the premier liquor store in Texas. At first I was only going there to pick up hard to find bottles of bourbon, but Longhorn also has a fantastic selection of wine and cigars. The store is always clean and well organized and their staff is polite and helpful. The prices are competitive as well. The owner knows how to run a local business!

For all of those that travel through Beaumont from Houston and Louisiana you should stop by. They have a great whiskey and wine collection and have specialty stuff and not just the run of the mill things like the chain liquor stores. The store is clean and the folks are friendly and knowledgable. They take pride in what they do!

Best liquor store in Southeast Texas. Great selection and customer service, plus awesome community involvement, including paired tastings with local restaurants, raffles for highly-sought-after liquors, etc. Convenient location makes it an easy stop.

Biggest selection of cigars I have seen in this area! The Harley Davidson Bike is just awesome and the staff is well education on the product that they are selling. Beautiful craftsmanship in the store and the Rickhouse themed wall is stunning.

Always a great shopping experience at any of the Longhorn stores. Scored my first bottle of Pappy from these guys a couple of years ago! Sal, Mike, and the rest of the crew are always happy to help.

This store very very clean and has the best selection i ever seen! I love the customer service here, they helped me fine the right type of wine i was looking for! Was so good, i will be coming back!
