I have had the pleasure and honor of doing business with this family-owned company since 1987. My grandfather built the very first house on Lela street with his own bare hands, it was companies such as Jack's hardware Travis Brothers, M&D Supply, SUTHERLANDS and McCoys that made it possible for Beaumont Texas to expand and grow into what it is today. There are few family-owned businesses still left who believe that customer service above all is the most important aspect of their business. Never once have I gone into Travis Brothers hardware & Supply and had to wait more than 5 seconds before being asked what can they do for me. It is such a pleasure to still be able to go into a company who is family-owned and takes every need of mine as if it was their own. I have never had to return an item, because they always provide me with exactly what I need.

Family owned Friendly old school hardware store that stocks all your hardware needs, and also items you didn't know you needed to you got there and saw all their cool stuff.

Great service and a friendly environment all the staff spoke to me and were very welcoming. I could have easily spent 20 minutes locating all of the plumbing fittings and electrical components I needed for my remodel but Brandy took me straight to each piece and was happy to do so. She knew everything I needed. Great service is hard to find and I'll continue to shop here from now on.

I visited Travis Brothers because I needed supplies for a job I had in the area( I am a maint tech for a property mgmt co.) It was an awesome place, (reminded me of the old " Mom and Pop stores). I had outstanding service. The staff was super attentive. .

Excellent staff, extremely helpful, and friendly, i I went in to have a piece of plexiglass cut for my truck window, until I can replace it. First it was a lady that helped me, she then passed me off to the guy that actually did the cutting. They were both great, actually the entire staff, chatted with me while I was waiting for my plexiglass to be cut. I felt like I was visiting with friends, you don't find that to often these days thank you, #TravisBrosHardware.

The staff was excellent and very knowledgeable about what I needed. I didn't know, but I told them and they found exactly what I needed. I love going there because they pretty much have everything you may need and best of all, THEY'RE RIGHT DOWN THE STREET. Great service, great prices.

Just left the store and had forgotten about them since I moved away after high school but after today I will definitely be going back, the customer service was excellent, they greeted me AS SOON as I walked in the door and proceeded to ask what they could do for me...I needed six keys made and had no idea that they give a free key ring for each key...the prices in the store are the same or lower than "home alone Depot" and their cousin "Foe's"....I watched how each customer that came in immediately had someone come and pleasantly greet them then help them find what they needed...this does not happen at the big box stores at all...this is a long review but this store definitely made me want to spend my money with them again and I will.

They are all ways greatful to help you. And all employees are knowledgeable of what ever you my need. Not like some other hardware stores like home Depot. Ware u have to help yourself.

As plumbing parts were unavailable in Houston after the 2021 cold wave, I drove all the way to Beaumont. Unable to find the parts, I searched many stores until I reached Travis Brothers Supply. I was looking for a Cap so that the leak could be fixed temporarily. Though the cap was sold out at Travis Supply too, Carol took the time to provide an innovative solution. Not only that, she personally brought all the required components that enabled me to make a quick purchase and drive back to Houston.

This is a nice mom and pop hardware store friendly staff and very knowledgeable . I love just walking around looking at there antiques hanging on the walls.
