Archer Village Apartments

So pleased with the office staff, maintenance, and the apartments. We moved in about a month ago and love all of it. The only thing is the hot water but the heaters are building wide, it seems, as they are older buildings.

The staff has been fantastic to work with! I live in a one bedroom apartment. I’ve enjoyed living here the neighborhood is clean and quiet. I’d highly recommend this community to anyone looking to move to Sherman!

I lived in this complex for a couple of years and had to move due to work. I had rented both a one bedroom and 2 bedroom and never had a problem with any of my neighbors and the staff was always very friendly. Sherry is by far the best property manager I've worked with and she made living there and the moving process very simple and helped made sure everything was taken care of for me. Definitely worth looking at if you're moving to the sherman area!

I moved in about a month ago. So far so good. Its easy to see that the new management staff are really trying to get a handle on what old managers really left behind.

My apartment is in great shape and really was move in ready.

The only real problem I have is the parking lots really need some attention. Navigating through the lot, and figuring out which way is in and out can be tough to describe to visitors coming in.

Other than that, I am happy so far.

I love the apartments ... Very quiet an well kept up as well as office staff is awesome very helpful . maintance is always on top of your needs. Im glad i moved here . manager is very caring they treat u like family .

Nice place new management. Office staff and mainance crew are great funny and helpful. I highly recommend this place! Bad reviews are from people that don't like to pay there rent. That is all!

Lived here for 5 years and for the past year this place has changed allot for the better. I love it here and I don't plan on moving. Love the management team they have now.

I have been here for a long time I love it. Apartments are Soo big managers are Soo nice anything that needs to be fixed gets fixed Soo fast.

I work here we are upgrading apartment and making people feel comfortable inside and outside
