Love me some sonic best place to stop and get a drink in my opinion I mean it taste better than any other drinks especially Coke 5STAR

Had the chicken broaster Club sandwich with the jalapeno Jack cheese, sauteed thin slice mushrooms and jalapenos...the pickle sauce was authentic and pretty good to, I add them to some soup or big Joe's Ramens ha ha 9/29/23 great food again, lotta Cadillacs stop in here, kinda a divey type spot, got a quick pick up jalapeno burger and sour limeade was really 😋 9-30-23 good drink 10/23 great lil 🥞 stop ...peaceful. 10/12/23-great tater tots here, they had a. Church rally to gather some folks and Sonic did the catering at Fairview Baptist. We really enjoyed this, had the buffalo wings-fries and Oreo strawberry 🍓cheesecake master shake after the Adams family movie ..was good with zydeco sauce ...they had a pretty nice Dodge Challenger their, Halloween decorations...this place keeps getting better 11/8/23, had short change of $242 on me, the little girl was so nice she covered my double cheeseburger out of her pocket. I tried to return the money she said no just pay it back and help the next waitress get on her feet. A young proud black woman. THANK YOU lil girl. Your a blessing to the business

Great as usual they changed there pickles 🥒 to the crisp boars head pickle in comparison ask for Sammy if u don't believe me he will treat u like your order is the bosses order and go the extra mile y'all should really make him a manager ! Or send him to all the sonics to teach them how to treat a customer and I would have pics but I ate it before I even thought a bout pics it's that good way to go sonic in bells tx!!!!!!

Love the quick and friendly staff and the stay in your car experience

This one is 1000x better than the one at town center. My son and I come here and get breakfast. It's always super fast and good and the folks are always nice to us.

I most definitely would like to share my experience this morning, I am in a manager position for 6 years now in retail/customer service and I must say this morning I by far had my best experience ever with sonic!!! I was running behind but definitely needed some coffee and breakfast and wanted to pick up something for myself, my husband, and my other employee to get us through the morning that’s what these guys did! They didn’t just get us taken care of, it was the quickest service I have ever experienced in my and my car hop was a pleasure, as I left, I decided to turn around and tip the cook and give them kudos as well, sorry to the cook I didn’t have more cash in my wallet because when I say they did a wonderful job, I definitely wouldn’t have tipped a lot more for the amazing service I was given!!! Whoever manages this location you have an amazing team!!! Treat them well for sure, they deserve it!!!

The service is always great. Today there was a silver Ford Explorer parked in the stall right up front with no one in it. There were cars circling looking for a spot to order.

This is an old fashion carhop place. Nice for a quick drink stop or meal. Drinks are 50% off thru the app. And during Happy hour. 2 till 5.

I primarily go here for drinks like cherry limeade or vanilla Coke. I've never had any problems with that. The drinks are always tasty and are served quickly after my arrival.

It's a DRIVE-IN...🪧 but they never show any movies ... or maybe I just cannot seem to locate that ginormous white screen 🔲 or figure out what movie's showing, darnit!!! 😤
So I usually jus order sumthn like a foot-long 🌭 & leave abit depressed bc I always seem to miss the show📽

They always have good fast food. Drink options are endless and food is cooked when ordered so it's always fresh. This location has a male server that is so polite and sweet. I prefer this location over the other any day because of the great service.

We ordered breakfast burritos and tots.The staff was very nice, prices were great, and they have a value menu and drink specials which I ordered from.
The drive up screen let me know what step my order was in. Such as paid, in kitchen, and coming out. The car hop came out with our food rather quickly. And to my surprise when I asked for ketchup she had already placed napkins and ketchup in the bag. Our food was the right temperature and tasted as the tots were freshly cooked. The burritos were super tasty.
This location always give great service, and I plan on going back in the future.

I go here quite often to grab a drink and have almost always received great service. My drink is out to me within a couple of minutes and is made perfectly almost every single time. Rarely had a problem with this location. Food is good too.

Jackie helped me make my order because I didn't know about the different drinks/flavors. She was awesome!
David brought me my drink and was more that courteous!! Both deserve more than 5 stars, and if that was an option, I would have given the both of them TEN, easy! Maybe more!!

The usual Sonic. It had the traditional menu, great customer service, friendly car hop, and were eager to help. It was also very clean. The parking lot was trash free and the landscaping looked great! I always like it when the restaurant is clean on the outside. If they put that much time into the outside of the place, hopefully the inside is even better!

Our family likes to go to Sonic.

I think Sonic has good food. I eat there sometimes when I’m pressed for time. I’ve only had a couple of mistakes on my order (one of them was MY fault), but that’s to be expected sometimes. Sonic is very good to make things right & the service is excellent. Please treat the servers decently. They’re human, too.

Because of the superior, customer service oriented attitude of one particular employee (short, dark hair, dark eyes, great smile, tattoos) on my initial visit, I go just about every afternoon after I get off for a cold drink or slush. It is the highlight of my day - especially if she delivers my order!

This particular location provides a consistent outstanding customer experience. Car Hops are friendly and appreciative, food is always good, and their pretty efficient at getting your order to you in a reasonable amount of time. Multiple great experiences at the Sherman, TX Sonic!
