Lover's Lane

The workers were super nice! Made me and my partner feel comfortable, I personally get insecure when it comes to looking at outfits and robes so to feel comfortable was a big deal! Prices were fair and all the products they had were great. Personally would highly recommend plus size gals to come in to find lingerie here because they do carry bigger sizes that are true to size! The employees were super nice! Especially the one with glasses, orange/blonde bangs, brown hair! I wont lie, I forgot her name but our receipt said that Jacqlyn rung us up so hopefully that's her! But she was so nice and had great recommendations, very funny, and incredibly helpful, especially when we wanted to see products! Store was clean and vibes were fun and welcoming!

On April 14 2023 my teenage son and 2 friends were at the carnival down the street when complete chaos erupted after a fight and someone yelling gun. My son and his friends ran for their lives. He first called me when they were hiding behind the shopping center where the carnival was but then more people were running by screaming so they ran too and ended up running into your store to hide. You have no idea the relief I felt when he said he was safe in the back of your store. THANK YOU for letting them and other young people into your store for safety.

This is the only location I will shop at. I feel very comfortable around the staff, they have a great selection of toys and outfits! There was a girl working there who was so so nice I believe her name was Jade? I might have that wrong but she was such a sweet heart💕

Today I went to your Lombard Store and got myself a Butt Plug. I bought the Tye-Dyed one. I ❤ the the way it fits into my butt. I have it in right now. It Feels Great Inside 👍

This place was amazing right now! Paige was awesome explaining some in depth information about toys and products available. Robert held the last pair of shoes in my size (purpose of traveling 30 minuets to this location). And a girl with pink hair was also chipper. 5 stars

Ashley and julie were absolutely lovely. They helped my fiance and I. We came in with an idea of what we wanted, she helped us guide our way to the perfect toys for us. As a new engaged couple we are keeping things more exciting than ever. Lovers lane was perfect for us to explore. Lovers lane was clean and welcoming. NOT dark and gloomy. We got a coupon to see them soon and we will. Update: we used our coupon. julie is amazing so wonderful full of knowledge and a wonderful smile. If you're nervous she will ease your anxiety especially if you're new to lovers lane. She gave great recommendations. Ashley and julie are great !

Stopped by here for some advice on transmission oil. Heads up they don't sell transmission oil. They sell oil but not for transmissions.

The service in general is amazing.
Haley helps me all the time, she is a very good saleswoman and was very patient with me because my English is not very good. My suggestion is that they have all sizes of all models and more corsets with braces

I like the products here but the employees are very over bearing and pushy. Without even a minute in the store they are basically shadowing you and speaking on every single thing you’re looking at. Came with my boyfriend and they completely ruined the whole mood of what we came in for.. made us rush out of there and go to Studio 21 instead where they let you have your privacy when selecting such intimate items out. Not to mention for being so pushy they are a little rude and uneducated on some of their items. Shop online and save yourself the discomfort

The worker named Riley is extremely rude and should be fired for profiling me. She is definitely not good with costumer service. I usually spend a lot of money at this location but I will no longer spend my time and money dealing with absurd employees.
