Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I fell comfortable coming into the store and know I will be assisted and leave with what I need. I love that my questions get answers and no one tries to upsell me or push items on me I don't really need or asking for.

The associates were so helpful and skilled.

Stopped at the Bloomingdale store to get some white paint samples for doors and trim. They were out of a few I needed. This was during pandemic 8/19/20
4 employees 1 had a mask half way on and not helpful.

Then I stopped at the Lombard store same day there was 1 employee around 4 pm. He was very helpful and friendly but was out of same paint samples so he let me borrow the full paint fan deck Great customer service!

I LOVE this store! Sherwin Williams paint is a dream to work with. It stays on the brush, doesn't glop up and leaves walls looking like velvet. Service is friendly and fast. Makes me look for rooms to paint just so I can go look at their color selection. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of working with Yvonne, one of the color consultants with Sherwin Williams. She completely coordinated our entire main floor with beautiful colors. She was creative, thoughtful, knowledgeable about the relevant paint product lines, and respectful. We couldn’t have asked for a better consultant! Additionally, she went above and beyond the call of duty by making an extra trip to our house to explain the color scheme to our painting crew. Her expertise and professionalism were exceptional and we would use Sherwin Williams again just to use their color consultant service. Again, we were thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Yvonne.

service was excellent, was recommended to use Sherwin-Williams paint by trusted painting contractor. Went to purchase paint during 30% sale and sales associate told me that I should wait until the following Friday because of my large order. He stated that your 40% sale would start on that day. That's service over profit and a gain of a customer for life! Ben rules!

Very helpful with exactly what I need and assuring me if it doesn't work out it can easily be rectified. Prices also are very competitive. Sales people very nice too- makes buying paint enjoyable!

My go to store for paint & stain, supplies and advice. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their advice on colors, finishes, prep, tools and projects has been spot on.

Very helpful and willing to go the extra mile..they worked hard until they could replicate the exact color of our laminate flooring...highly recommend them !!
