He helped our family find the perfect wedding band for my husband and an amazing cross necklace that I've been wanting for everyday wear. Most of my jewelry my wife and I own comes from Jared in Lewisville. I have nothing but great things to say about this store and about Wendy who is my one and only sales associate. She is the epitome of class and is a super cool and patient individual. I’ve been spending money with her for the past 10 years and I will continue. Her customer service is top notch and she knows her jewelry. Best place to buy jewelry for all occasions!

They are very good with my rings! I bring them every 6 months for a cleaning and inspection. And they are so quick to take care of my rings.

Wendy did a phenomenal job of ensuring we picked out the perfect ring enhancer for our anniversary. She was so kind and made sure to be patient with me as I went back and forth between two rings. Wendy was knowledge and very amicable during our time spent at the Jared store in Lewisville. We will definitely be back to visit. ☺

I upgraded my engagement ring 2 years ago and had trouble finding the perfect wedding band. Dwight was amazing to work with! He spent time to explain my options, helped me compare rings and features so I could make finally make a confident choice. I love my new Bulova. The watch accommodates too my wrist well. It's very balanced, not too heavy, not too light. Color scheme is ON POINT!!

Such a great and humble experience! We felt welcomed as soon as we came into Jared James Allen Lewisville! Ashley and Wendy were very kind, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Came into the store with my mom looking for an anniversary ring. My dad had passed away a few months ago and my parents would have been married 40 years this past March. We came in not knowing what style or kind of ring we wanted and were greeted by Wendy. She was very helpful, insightful, and caring about our situation! She made the experience wonderful and made sure to help us find the best deal! My mom was hesitant at first and Wendy did great about not pushing my mom into a purchase. We left the first time without the ring but came back the next day to make our purchase. Would recommend Wendy and this store to anyone!

Great experience!!! Ms. Wendy takes care of us every time. Walked in to have my ring inspected & she was able to not only able to take care of inspection, but also rhodium plating while we waited. Highly recommend contacting Wendy with all of your jewelry needs!!!

If review options allowed 10 stars, it still wouldn't be enough for this store. We've been clients to this Lewisville, Texas location since 2013. The same wonderful highly experienced gem specialist are still there.
TOM: What a true blue he is. I've been knowing Tom since 1999, one year after her started his career with Jared's. Tom...well is Tom, never fails to make you feel less than, rather always puts a smile on our faces, accompanied with a laugh or two. His elephant memory is magically mind blowing. His knowledge in this industry well exceeds anyone I've ever encountered. Tom collaborated with me in designing a unique custom wedding ring, which was a huge challenge, I wanted a very specific look. Tom made happen when three other custom jeweler's said it wasn't possible. 😬. Lastly, Tom makes us feel like we're comfortably at home simply surrounded by good people. That's something special that has clearly been lost in the overall retail world.
WENDY: What a warrior this lady is!! She's nothing short of an inspirational, caring, special woman put on this earth for a purpose. Her Jared's retail approach exudes straight to your soul. When she approaches you, she not only "listens" she "receives" what it is your looking for, she doesn't just randomly start showing you cases of treasures you have no interest in, just to try and make a sale. Her ability to develop client relationships without even trying speaks volumes. Between her, Tom (and Tatiana) this Lewisville location is golden.. One can only hope CORPORATE JARED'S recognizes how invaluable these three are to this store.

TITIANA: Store manager, although we haven't had many direct interactions with her, when she sees us she's smiles that million dollar smile and greets us with a sincere warm hello as tho she's known us forever. Watching her assist her store team and clients it's clear why she is manager. She's present and hands on, for upper mgmt, that's rare.

Side note: I've been at this store many times, while "waiting" for our rings to get their bi-yearly inspection, and have witnessed client after client walk in specifically asking for Tom and/or Wendy. "But for" these two, I would think the stores numbers would be gravely different.

In closing, it's so refreshing to know there's still REAL humans in this crazy retail world that we can comfortably put our trust in and walk out feeling like we mattered.

Dwight made everything happen. When you go there...ask for him. Fantastic attitude, very polite, respectful, and most of all he was in tune with what I was looking for. NOT a pushy salesman. Made the whole experience wonderful. I will be back when looking for other jewelry.

My wife came in here because her wedding ring broke and needed to be repaired. Unfortunately, they were unable to help. In the fashion of a true salesman, nick told my wife about the custom ring option, we can make her entire ring but through Jared. Many won’t do that because people hear the words custom and convince themselves of an outlandish price right away. I’m glad he spoke with her and brought this to my direction. From the moment I walked in the store I was being taught about the differences in brands to CHOCOLATE DIAMONDS. I really had a great time, even spent time with a customer that was there and instead of rushing us to stop talking, the other salesman and Nick as well joined in the conversation. This a great environment to be in where you’re actually heard. I said a few things wrong talking about diamonds and I thought it was so cool that he actively taught me what I was going for so I can make better choices between lab grown and natural. To know that my wife experienced the exact same service, these guys are guaranteed my business

Tom was a huge help, I shopped around for engagement rings at 10 other stores prior to this location. Tom was very personable and patient with the diamond buying experience. I highly recommend.
