Comfort Suites Beaumont I-10

The rooms are huge you have the bathroom a sitting area a desk area sleep area nice closet a mini fridge a microwave an a little coffee machine rooms are clean an beds are very comfortable... the pool area is nice an clean the pool was beautiful clean chlorine was not over powering hot tub was nice clean an hot felt wonderful... would absolutely recommend staying here if you ever come through Beaumont Texas... I'm sorry I don't have pictures to post but was exhausted when got there an was late to leave so I didn't get the chance to take pictures

The desk clerks are friendly and helpful. The common areas and pool are very clean. The hot tub was very relaxing. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a variety of options.

I love helping Comfort Inn with their guest. Transportation to and from where they need to go. Treating me with breakfast. Let me wait on them.

Convenient location, near Interstate 10. Nice breakfast area, clean and well stocked and maintained. Friendly staff.

The room was beautiful the service was amazing and we hope to come again because next time we wish to stay for 3 months……😌

I really enjoyed my stay here at comfort suites. I did pick this hotel because it had a hot tub and my daughter's wedding was going on and I knew I needed it. But I was very disappointed it was broken and the lady says it breaks down all the time. I only gave this a 5 star because the room was clean the sheets were soft and bed was comfortable and there was no noise I truly had a pleasureable experience here. Minus the hot tub not working. Staff was questionable at times but other than that they were great

All the staff at this hotel are amazing. It is without a doubt the cleanest hotel I've ever found in Beaumont, and the only place we will stay when we return. We stayed 9 days over a two week period, when my Dad passed away. The price is good the breakfast excellent lots of variety. The staff without equal. Will recommend to anyone I know coming that way. Thank all of you for making a very hard time much better.

Beautiful interior decorating, friendly front desk staff, the room carpet is nice and soft with a cool design on it. The beds were very soft with comfortable soft sheets and blankets. It's comfortable and enjoyable place to stay for the family! Definitely will stay here again. It was home away from home for my family and I!

My room was very clean no problem 😊me and my daughter are very pleased breakfast was good and front desk are great sometimes its not the employee's it's the sad stuck up people who don't have nothing to do but cause confusion people who come to stay here try to be nice and I do no sometimes you can't but let's try and make it happen 😊 😀 🙂 😉 Happy Day

Stayed last night. The lady at the front desk was excellent in helping me. Booked a king online, came through to their systems as a double and she was happy to help. I wish I got her name, but she normally works the overnight shift, but was filling in for the evening shift. Thank you for taking the time to care for your guests!

Traveling back to San Antonio Texas from Alabama (850 miles; 14+ hours) this was a last minute resort. I'm 8 months pregnant & have a one year old so my expectations are a little high when it comes to hotels. The bed was very comfortable & had plenty of pillows which my husband loved, the room was spotless & very roomy, checkout was at 1200 so we got plenty of rest seeing as how we checked in at 0200 that morning. Breakfast lasted until 0930 so no need in getting up super early which is great for me. Bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels!! They do supply a ironing board & iron for your convenience. & also have an indoor pool! As well as luggage carts to help you get your things to your room. No access to the rooms from the outside you have to go through the lobby and use elevators! & it's a smoke free facility which was a bonus! Overall stay was great and when traveling again this hotel will be an option.

The decor of the hotel was very nice. Large rooms and hallways. We checked in late for a Home going service and were pleasantly surprised. The front desk check in rep was very helpful and accommodating when we called. I would stay again while it is new and still in good repair. The cost was also reasonable.

Very clean, large rooms, nice staff. Girl working night shift was asleep at the front around 12am or 1am when I went down to purchase a snack. She was in a deep sleep because it took me a minute to wake her. I had to go back to my room for $. Came back & she was asleep again. Said ma'am few times....nothing. just left my money on the counter🙄

Clean and quiet. Amenities were in good repair. Friendly staff. We used the lobby a lot since we had lots of family in town. Breakfast was extensive and tasty. Coffee was always available.

Had to rent this room For a week because we were having our house exterminated. The beds are amazing the breakfast is amazing it’s clean has awesome water pressure and the staff is amazing. If I have to stay local again it will definitely be here.

The room was spacious, clean and very nicely put together. There were 2 queen beds and a slepping sofa.
Everything inside the property looked new and well maintained.
Breakfast was good, there was the option to make waffles.
