They are always so nice at this target location in port Arthur . And they make their returns process so easy and fast . And this store is always spotless and clean !

I love Target. the variety of products, the friendly employees, my family enjoy exploring the value area in the front of the store. The pricing isn't bad. However, I do have two problems. size 2x is the maximum size you will find in store for men. I also hate the self check.

The store was very clean, my Starbucks was delicious and was made quickly and the customer service was excellent!

Great experience for a first time order ahead and pickup in store using the app. Multiple employees asked me if I had been helped and I was in and out in under 2 to 3 minutes. there was no wait time at all and being that it is Christmas time. I was very impressed with them. My barcode that I needed to show them to scan was not wanting to pull up and they were over the top helpful in entering my order number and they were happy to do it. Very satisfied

Jessica at Returns/Exchanges was so nice and made the process so incredibly quick and easy! The experience was really a breath of fresh air because I was worried that the return process may be complicated but it turned out to be the exact opposite!

They also do price-match with no hassle, just show the compared price.

My husband and I had the BEST customer service at the Target in Port Arthur. We were purchasing a baby bed and needed help getting the $40 gift card when you spent over $250. Earl helped us locate the bed, bring it to the front, assured us that we were going to be well taken care of and he did just that! He stayed with us through the entire process. He made sure we had someone help us with the transaction, get our $40 gift card, and helped us load everything up in the car. He was friendly, positive, and just an all around great employee. Great job Earl! Keep up the awesome work! You made our baby bed buying experience so wonderful!

Target is my favorite place to shop. Friendly employees and a super clean and organized store filled with all of the things I love to clean with! We always enjoy our Target trips because everything is so clean and spacious. The kids love that they can grab a snack and they have never complained when it's time to go to Target! I appreciate all of the brands they carry in the cleaning department, especially brands like Mrs Myers etc

Jennifer in customer service is the best associate ever .... She checked me out because the regular cashier lines were extremely long and I had to get back to a meeting. Her service was fast, accurate and friendly.

Target was very prompt, staff was super sweet!! I made an online order for store pickup and it was ready within the hour and when I arrived the gentlemen that helped me was super sweet and very accommodating. Great job Target I will definitely be shopping with you more often.

I love my Target store. There is sufficient parking for everyone, and more than enough handicap spots. The store is always clean; the employees are friendly and helpful. Best of all, I never have had to stand in a long line at the checkout.

My FAVORITE place! I’m here atleast a few times a week! Most of the staff is super sweet. Some of the older ladies working up front are very rude, but I don’t let them ruin my experience. Staff is always helpful at checking stock and assisting with finding items. Thank you Port Arthur Target! You are awesome!

When you need Legos but don't wanna go to Walmart. Also if you need stuff for the house they have a decent selection of in the middle furniture. Also they have better clothes than most other stores of the same stature. I would recommend on those days you dont feel like dealing with as many people lol.

We like our Target. They have a clean store including the rest rooms. The employees have pretty good attitudes which is a big plus, nice friendly and courteous. Think you for a great place to shop!
