Walmart Supercenter

The store was remodeled and the grand opening was not until 2 days away but they opened today for a soft opening. I came in an hour before closing and they were patient in explaining all my options for my new eyeglasses and first time daily contacts for my daughter. Carol is the absolute best!!

This is an amazingly clean store, which is a plus! I get curbside from here often as I work nearby. They are fast and so far, my orders have been correct. This has not always been the case for this store. Whatever has changed has been for the better. I highly recommend Walmart in Port Arthur.

Picked up some fishing gear. Went through lawn and garden where we were greeted by the sweetest gentlemen mick. Totally made my morning.
He warned us about them moving things around for the remodeling before we went in. So sweet

Spoke on the phone with Amber in Pick-Up and totally got me back on track. We ordered some groceries online. They weren’t delivered and it looked like I was going to have to get a refund and reorder. She worked some magic and bam. Done! I had this happen a while back and didn’t receive the same assistance. Thank you Amber for making my experience way better!
