Returned a BIG online order in store for a daughter in law and YAYA made it SO QUICK AND EASY. Couldn't have asked for a better associate....VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT! She even offered to walk me to my car after I commented I didn't like being alone that late in the dark! Now that's GOOD OLE FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you YAYA!

I love shopping at Kohls spending money and getting Kohls cash. It's great. Got a Christmas Sweater this evening with my Kohls cash I earned. And didn't have to pay any extra. Isn't that awesome, I think so. Great prices and deals and great place to shop . I shop in the store and online. Love it....

I've always loved Kohl's !!! Hadn't been in about 12 years or so and it was still like I remembered. Always friendly people, always good service.

Ordering can online-only item in the Kohl's app while standing inside the store gets you free shipping with no minimum purchase amount. (It sometimes takes a few tries to get the offer to load.)

Organized and items roughly where they were supposed to be. The staff was nice. Parking was good, even some shady areas.

Always a good experience here. Store opens at 9 am. Friendly customer service. There are lines at times but not always. You can also do Amazon returns here.

Kohl's is amazing! They always have a huge variety of clothes, great deals, and everyone there is helpful. I even had 2 workers who were kind enough to look in the back for an item for me when there wasn't any on the display shelf.

I appreciate the good buys and sales staff assisted me in the ladies department and at register.
Even helped me find a additional discount- so needed in Biden time.

Kohl's has always gotten me out of a jam when it comes to my son's school activities. This is the 2nd (or 3rd) time I've gone to them for a shirt that my son need for school. I was luckier this time than the last because they only had two in stock! So awesome! I no longer have to shop around from store to store only to be disappointed; I just go straight to Kohl's!❤

Great selection of items. My cashier sanitized her station after each person checked out. Also the place is looking much more organized.

I love that they have an Amazon drop off. I walked in the door handed the Clerk my package she scanned it and I walked out of the door within 5 minutes.
