The prescription arrived two days late in the mail. I ran out of the prescription 4 days ago.

Started off great with all kinds of promises. Since the first week I have been on the phone more often about my medication besides needing to call two phone numbers to clarify who to talk to. I respect laws about medications regarding a prescription that has more regulations, however, I am very disappointed that the reality has not matched the ease of using Prescription Mart that was promised when benefits switched. It all seems like one big shell game. I don't know how people with kids manage this.

Very slow, very tedious, am afraid of running out of my asthma medication since hte entire insurance/prescription process is so slow.

Horrible customer support. Has Texas got a complex issue?

this is the worst patient website ever.

i NEEDED TO TALK TO SOMEONE AND NEVER WAS ABLE TO GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE. WE ARE NEW TO THIS SERVICE AND I'M HOPING THAT THIS WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN

can not log on especially with the double e mail address
