Regency Inn & Suites

the rooms are very clean, the front desk workers, and owner are very friendly and they try to be very accommodating in any way that you may need. They, as well, to the best of their abilities try to resolve any problems or anything else as quickly and nicely as they possibly can. They do their very best to make sure your stay with them is as peaceful and relaxing as they can have it for you. Once you stay with them the first time, you will choose them for any future stays. The reason for only 3 stars for location is that during certain times coming from certain directions it is kinda hard to pull into their driveway or to pull out of their driveway onto the usually very busy College Street.

Got stranded in Beaumont when car broke down. Tow truck driver brought me to Regency. Owner was very nice, was sympathetic to my situation. Gave me very nice room on ground floor. Very clean. Bed was great. AC fantastic. Hot shower, clean bathroom. Huge TV although I didn't use it. Very happy with service and room. Several fast food places within walking distance...Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, Chik Fil A. Highly recommend this hotel.

Big thank you to Dan who helped my friend who was stranded in Beaumont last night. Was so friendly and helpful and was kind enough to call me back and let me know my friend had gotten there after friends phone had died. I wish you the best Dan!

Comfortable place to stay. I requested an iron and it was delivered in no time. Great service qualities.
