Super 8 by Wyndham Beaumont I-10 / College Street

GREAT people that own and run this super 8. Stayed for 2 nights (needed 3 but they were booked so settled for 2) and on check out day I completely overslept and when I woke up and realized what time it was, I went straight to the front office to ask for 10 minutes to get everything packed and the manager asked me if I still needed a third night and of course I said yes. To ME that is some damn good hospitality- to remember that I needed a third night and to ask me after I overslept on check out day is pretty selfless! I have traveled for 5+ years for work and stayed at A LOT of hotels and this is still by far the best service and hospitality. Absolutely will be back to this super 8 every time I travel through Beaumont to stay.

I travel for work and been in alot of different hotels. This is the first time I check in for one night and extend my stay right off the bat. Clean room, great set-up and perfect location for groceries and restaurants. Best of all the exceptional customer service makes the experience feel homey. Highly recommend for any type of stay!

Lived here for about 3 1/2 months. Everyone was super nice! It was mostly quiet. Clean room, great housekeeping. Good wifi, nice breakfast, excellent front desk and managers were super friendly!

Fantastic! I’ve stayed at so many hotels for work. Traveled a lot and always looking for a deal. This place is so perfect. The front desk are always friendly. They keep this hotel very secured. I stay here when I’m in town with my 3 year old and the rooms are always super clean , staff is magnificent, and the location is perfect. I have to say I hope they never raise the prices because this is one of the small hidden gems that society has left. With everything nowadays going up in price it’s nice to see such a well managed little hotel to keep good gracious alive! Me and my little boy are very thankful that when I come into town from work we have such a welcoming place to lay our heads after a well spent father and son day around the neighborhood. Thanks yall.

Great place to stay at very reasonable price for room. Rooms are spacious, very clean, smelled like true fancy hotels(nice and cozy), sheets/ blanket/ fittings are all decent and well kept and beds are very comfortable cozy & relaxing. Free breakfast is good. They offer a little more than Continental breakfasts offer. Coffee tasted great; hot n delicious. Facility is clean, kept in order and very well maintained(with the exception of the parking lot which was dirty the 4 days n 3 nights we stayed). While there we were invited to dinner dine to a feast hotel owners offered to their weekly guest. Owner took time to show off his remote control monster truck to our son's. Our family was treated like one of their family.

I checked in at 2pm and the lady at the front desk was helpful, cheerful and I have to say it makes a big difference to someone who has just traveled all day to walk into such a positive experience like that. She really went above and beyond. My room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe. Just an overall great stay

Super nice woman checked us in. I was having a horrid day and she immediately made me feel welcome. The room was very clean and much nicer than one would normally see at a super 8. They a had a good breakfast with waffles 😀

They have a friendly and hard-working manager and excellent room services and top-notch room cleaning and fresh towel services!!!

New in Beaumont, my apartment won’t be ready till 6/25. So I am staying at a few different places till then. But by far, this is the best place for cleanliness, price, and breakfast bar. It also has a microwave and a fridge. Definitely recommend this Super 8!!!

The front desk lady susan is the reason why i am writing a review. She was so welcoming and made sure we were given our rooms fast and im Glad because i had been driving 10 hours . She even recommended places to eat. We need more nicer people like her.

The best shower pressure EVER. Great staff. Very clean rooms, daily. Coffee and shampoo /conditioner left daily. Breakfast advertised at 6 am but for the working people it was ready at 5 am. Very polite. Super 8 for me all the way. Been here for 30 days now and counting. Good prices too.

I arrived with a smoking room reservation but i dont smoke so the awsome desk clerk swapped me to a non smking room with a smile ! And it was his last one. The room was huge and smelled good. The shower head wasnt too bad but worked well. The ONLY thing that wasnt great was that the tv remote had dead batteries. Not a biggie as i couldve went to the front desk forsome new ones.
I greatly appreciate their great attitude and helpfullness. I'll definitely be back when im staying in town.

I had pleasant stay here. Stayed for a little over a week and the staff was spectacular. They opened the pool weeks earlier than their expectations for my family just so that we may have a chance to use it before heading back home.. thank you so very much and keep up the good work.

We have been treated like royalty from the very first day! Mindy, the lady at reception is so kind & helpful! We are staying here for work reasons for several weeks already & they make you feel at home. The service has been wonderful!! We trully recommend it!

This hotel has many small amenities that make it great. Ice water and hot coffee available in lobby 24/7.
The staff is accommodating
The room is clean and tidy and spacious
There is a couch and a desk
Large TV refrigerator and microwave
Plenty of towels soap shampoo and lotion
There is even a largess swimming pool!
Breakfast offered more than expected including good cereal and waffles and more
They even have an ice cream case in the lobby with various ice creams
Also a small shop with travel essentials

It’s Christmas time. The lobby decorated with a beautiful tree and other Christmas decor including light Christmas music video on the Lobby TV
I have difficulty walking and the staff was help to me

We spent 4 days here as a base for Port Arthur Port Naches. Kountz Silsbee Village Creek. It was great. Recommend SpindleTop oil museum. Edison museum and a must is the Port Arthur Museum (amazing)
Schooner Seafood Restaurant. Walk On Sports Bar. The WheelHouse Bar on the water. The Honky Tonk bar for Pool, dancing and Thr nite Steak Nite. Village Creek Park to drive and hike through. Picket House Family style restaurant
for Fried Chicken. Driving through all the nearby Texas small towns and drives through the country

Surrounding the hotel there are at least 5 major restaurants to enjoy.

Great place good basic room. They allowed me to check in early I was traveling and extremely tired. Great customer service as well. I will be back and recommend to others.

Nice quiet, updated building. Very spacious room, comfortable beds. Spent 3 nights. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Laundry facilities were good. Breakfast was great. A nice variety of foods.
