They had what we wanted.

2 weeks ago I purchased a dryer for my utility room in my barn. The dryer is working great, it was as represented. I will check with him again for used appliances.

Theives. Paid for parts to order and install. Paid for the service call. For 4 months nothing but empty promises of coming “this afternoon” or “tomorrow” to install but couldn’t even remember what kind of an appliance they were supposed to repair. Refused to refund money, make repair, and now screens callas to cut off ability to contact them.

The WORST customer service the last 3 months. We used this company for awhile and they were great then all of a sudden months would go by and our tenants were not getting what was requested. Every day there are excuses! We’ve asked for refunds as we pay up front and he refuses. Avoids the calls…RUN from this company!

Husband bought washer from here. Loud and shakey, husband called same day to get a refund or replacement. The guy said no, here it is not even two months later the washer quit draining. My husband called he was going to call back with for repair. Still heard nothing I called back today he said they will be out here Saturday they never showed. They said they’d call me back when in office they never got back after I sent a copy of the receipt. Junk wasted money

I am a caregiver for a disabled elderly couple who contacted this company for repair on a dryer. He supposedly repaired the dryer in July and by October it was out again. They were charged $360, which they paid up front for parts and labor. 3 months later the dryer has not been repaired and when he is called he always says I’ll come tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes. Beware of this business. Absolutely not legitimate

Very disappointing experience. Never seen a more obvious bait and switch, they got me good. Hour after they left it leaked worse than before and then was given the” 2 days out on parts and I’ll call you back with a price” . I am quick to give a small guy a chance but this was humbling. They had pricing at the drop of a hat when it mattered.

Service used to be impeccable in rural America, now it’s worse than the city.

Called to get my refrigerator worked on. Person came out and said the fridge was leaking freon even though the evaporator fan was the issue. We paid for the service call and parts to fix the fridge but never got anyone back out. Took him to court and won judgment but he never paid that ether. Find someone else

Not even worth a 1-star rate. This place stole our money and never came back with part to fix my washer. DO NOT even consider using them! They are thieves!

Worse place ever,charged me over 400.00 dollars and didn't even fix our refrigerator, over price me for parts,parts that coat 23.00 they charged us 300.00 we just ended up buying a new fridge,service sucked

Called these people to fix my dryer had to pay for the service call before they would come out did that when the repair person came they had no tool to check the parts with wanted us to pay for parts then see if it worked refused to do that they were to come back with the meter to check but as if this date have not returned and dryer still doesn't work do I'm in out almost $100 dollars for nothing would not recommend them to anyone
