James was an excellent sales rep. He was not overpowering and very alert to our needs. We were on the line about buying the one love seat and he showed us another option and that is the one we ended up buying. Highly recommend James.

Greeted by Donna when we entered but let us look on our own. We were in looking for accessories. As we passed by where she was she asked if there was something special and pointed out a couple of area we might like to to look. When we found what an item we wanted she set it aside until we were done. then she wrote up the ticket, took us to the check out area and then thanked us and politely and professionally said goodbye. Donna was very personable and professional. It was a great experience.

Our Salesman (Sales Manager Branson Morris) was extremely knowledgeable about the furniture in his store. He was able to answer almost every question we had about numerous products around the store, off the top of his head, including product manufacturers, construction techniques, availability, options, etc. He was very patient and attentive while showing all the available options and prices. He was very forthcoming with all the information that he had on the products, including realistic availability dates on certain products. There was never any pressure to buy and we were dealt with fairly. All possible discounts were readily made available to us. The actual purchase process was fast, simple, and efficient.

Bransen was our salesman and he was great! He’s a very knowledgeable young man and I hope you recognize him for being so great. He knew how to help us put things together and we came up with a great package. We had a great time doing this and I was dreading it before we got there. A big thanks to him!

Mary was excellent! So professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She was also patient and has a great sense of humor. She explained everything thoroughly and made us feel so reassured about our selections. We would absolutely refer any of our friends or family to Mary!

5 stars to Seth Gregory our salesperson. He had just the right amount of sales person combined with just the right amount of leave us alone while we peruse. He was 100% knowledgable of his product information. He remembered our selections when we came back the next day even when I couldn't. I can't say enough good things about our experience so far. Delivery and set up will be a different review.
