Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Stopped in for a quick pick me up. Ordered a Grilled Cheese Steakburger. Very tasty! The sauce and cheeses all flow together for a great sandwich. Everyone had a smile and was busy cleaning when they had a moment. They need a little bigger box for the sandwich.

I ordered the crispy fish basket with onion rings. I have to say the bredding is more than the fish is . It is crispy and FRESH!!! THE ONION RINGS TASTE LIKE A BEER BATTER:) My husband ordered a #2 w/o onion...he loved his "steakburger"!!!!! I will be back to get the burger:) The inside is clean and it smells good. The service was impeccable too!

Since Freddy's came to my neighborhood (Sherman, tx) it has quickly become my all time favorite go to for fast food (like almost daily)! I love everything I've tried; bacon double, cali double, pretzel Steakburgers, chicken strips, onions rings, chili cheese fries, custard sundaes! The only negative I have is I wish gravy was available with the chicken strips! All the staff is very friendly and professional and I love Amber especially! She always makes sure my special orders are right!!!

This place has the best burgers. The frozen custard is to die for as well. I really like the historic pictures all over about the founder

This was my first time at any Freddy's location. Most of the staff had TOP TIER Customer Service skills. (All except 2 I encountered) The food was well made, in a timely manner with amazing flavors and fresh vegetables on the food of choice I had. The onion rings were perfectly cooked and delicious the fries were perfect, even when they cooled down they were still just as fresh and as appetizing as the were fresh when cold. The desert options were fantastic and the build your own option was even better. Bathrooms are clean and well kept. Music of choice was a great family friendly variety. I genuinely enjoyed the meal, environment, and prices. I only hope that the fantastic staff teach the " incompetent/imgnorant/ attitude ridden staff" how to behave in a professional setting to customers. This isy only complaint.

Stopped by for dinner tonight, everyone working was super friendly and helpful. My daughter wanted some chocolate, strawberry & SPRINKLES & she loved it! My husband got the #5 & I got the #6. Food was delicious & we got our food fast!

Just popped in to grab a large fry and large onion ring for my drive to Oklahoma. Fries were hot and fresh and the onion rings were perfectly fried. Good job.

First time getting Freddy’s. We got double steak burgers and fries, onion rings and cheese curds. It was all great. The burgers were great and hot.Chicken sandwich was great too! So glad I tried it!? Will be coming back. 👍

I been there twice in two weeks and they were amazing both times . Once inside and once thought drive thought and both time got my ordered right and was so nice and just all over amazing time .

For mobile ordering, it is not recommended that they are ready yet. I understand they are new. I won’t bash them too bad but I will say this you should pay attention to what customers order and not make it the way you want to make it that is the whole purpose of being able to customize your order and to be able to trust the fact you guys make a mobile order correctly if I ask you not to put something on a burger I simply And if I didn’t ask for something, I don’t want you to add it at your discretion. My son is very picky. We ordered a very plain burger nothing else but bacon and meat and they decided to put cheese on it. My wife ordered the chili cheese dog we ask for mustard on it they took the onions off swapped The shredded cheese for nacho cheese and simply didn’t put no mustard on there just Has to be better attention to detail Hopefully they’ll get it in the coming months. For spending $50 it’s frustrating

Stop by this place at least once a week on my way to work. Easily the best shakes I ever had. Super friendly stuff.

It was super busy, but the food was fantastic! We will definitely be back! The patties have crispy edges and we're full of flavor! Fries were crispy and fresh. It was all great!

Very amazing service in the morning, despite being a long wait it’s understandable especially during lunch hour. Food was amazing, piping hot and frozen custard was amazing. Brittany was amazing at taking my order and making sure I got exactly what I wanted and how I wanted! 10/10 would recommend

Been to Freddy's twice and bith times they were awesome and thenfood was good. The ice cream is yummy. Recommended.

Sherman Freddy’s location is very clean. The workers are very sweet and funny and the manager on duty was very nice and attentive to our needs. I love this location and will definitely be back🫶🏾

This is our 6th or 7th visit and we LOVE everything!! We have had everything from the Patty Melt to the custard. We have never had anything bad. Best burgers in town. Do not listen to the bad reviews, go and try it for yourself.

My Jalapeño burger was great. Plenty of spice. Very nice people behind the counter.
