Kohl's

Went on a discount saturday and it was very crowded. Shopping for what i went after was without a crowd. I then went scanning for Christmas gifts. Found several. When I went to check out the line was the longest I've seen. But all the registers were busy with checkers and the speed of checking was faster than i could imagine. Best experience I've had in years. They know how to make it work.

Salen Srader was our cashier and he went above and beyond. That guy deserves a promotion. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and was very careful with our breakable items. He wrapped them really well. A really hardworking, nice person.

I have shopped many Kohls stores. While they are all good, I like the Sherman Store the best. The next one would be Azle. I wrote the above review a few years ago. I can’t say that now. It’s like shopping in a higher priced bargain basement. No associate ever asks if you need help. The store was all but deserted. The cashiers are the only friendly people in the entire store Greet you when you walk in, talk to you when cashing you out. Quality of merchandise seems poor to me

Everyone in the store greeted me, ask me if I needed any assistance. Young lady in returns super nice, professional and friendly. The cashier was super sweet and helpful. Thank you 😊

The workers are very helpful and exhibit excellent customer service. The sherman store is lacking in the woman's show department which is a bit disappointing. However there is much more available online and returns are super easy! I love buying my kids clothes here and even shopping for myself!

I never miss a chance to run by Kohls as I can almost always find a few items I'm looking for. They also carry my favorite sunglasses so i have to check out the latest styles...it appeared that Sephora was under some kind of renovation which had things cramped but Kohls managed to still organize it all to make it as shopping friendly as possible...

Always a neat and clean store. Never overcrowded and good selection of merch. No complaints.

Love this place had an adorable selection of Valentine’s Day gifts. The workout clothes are on clearance right now lots of good sales.
