Great place to live! Quiet community, good neighbors and great staff. Rebecca has always been so helpful with anything we need. Maintenance staff is on top of things and keep the neighborhood looking great!

Swimming pool is open & maximum capacity is 60 people, no lifeguards on duty. No glass bottles & slippery floor when wet, no running encouraged. Have a great time with family, friends, neighbors & guest in Howe, TX USA

We have recently moved our new home into the community and really enjoy being here! Rebecca has worked with us throughout the entire process to help make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

Shout out to Rebecca for being responsive & timely! She is always helpful…especially so after the recent wind storm that broke a huge tree limb that landed on our home. She arranged to have it removed quickly without damage to our home. Thank You Rebecca!

I love living in Prader Mobile Home Park in Howe, TX! The community is safe, clean, and the new manager Nicole is amazing. You can tell she wants the community to look amazing and we appreciate all the new improvements.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Rebecca who works in the office at Pradera Mobile Home Park in Howe Texas. First of all, I would like just to say Thank you for all of your help in so many different areas.
Being a new resident to Texas and not really knowing anyone there, she became of "Life-line" to me once I purchased a home in the park community. She has helped with the advertising, word of mouth to those who have came into the office looking to purchase a home. Unfortunately, I bought a beautiful home there in January 2023, but had to put in on the market in September 2023 due to medical issues. She has assisted in communicating to various families regarding my home, she was able to refer me to different contractors for upgrading my home while I was there and she gave me references to Landscapers who were able to help me with my yard work. I understand her being by herself working in the office. She wears many hats. And I must say, that she is doing an exceptional job. I fell in love with the park and wish I could have lived there a lot longer, but this community park is one that I would definitely refer to someone to if they were looking to purchase a home.

I called inquiring about potentially moving my home to this property and was impressed by the professionalism and excellent customer service that received from the women on the phone (I believe her name was Nicole) I would highly recommend this property!

I have lived in this community now for almost 5 years. The management has changed several times but I will say that this time they got it right for the past year and 4 months and shout outs to Mrs.Rebecca she is honestly the most caring person we have had in the office since I have been here. Any issues I have had she has found a way to get a resolution. I have actually started to see a positive change in the community for the first time. We love it here. It’s a quiet community and I say community because I have gotten the chance to get to know my neighbors and we all look out for each other. I was hesitant to move into mobile home park but living here has been the amazing. Thank you Rebecca for all you do for the community with activities to bring us all together. The park has an order that it has not had since Marco was in the office!!! Let me mention as well the fact that one day I was in the office (I’m bilingual) and Rebecca was with a Spanish speaking customer taking very good care of them she found a way to communicate with everyone. That my friends is above and beyond.
Quiero desearte que también la muchacha pueden ayudar en español la señora es muy amable y ella tiene manera en que ella aunque no hablen español se pueden comunicar con todos mis hispanos los otros los queremos mucho y me dan un cierto tranquilidad sabiendo que un americano están dispuesto de ver la manera de comunicarse en las dos idiomas por favor si estás buscando un buen lugar de crecer sus hijos y también a vivir tranquilamente aquí los encuentro 😘

Being a technician for a plumbing company for over 12 years I have delt with alot of management from property management companies to general contractors, and Rebecca is the best. She is a very honest, and straight to the point. She makes it easy for vendors. Thank you ma'am.

First of all let me begin with the two fine young ladies in the office ,!! They are very professional and absolutely amazing ! You have an awesome team here the maintenance is quick the park is strict and very clean because of it !! I would recommend anyone that is looking for a place to live that close to Dallas and Oklahoma there’s lakes to fish or to just chill and relaxation here . Perfect little spot and location to call home thanks to the lady’s in office and the park for everything !!

Super sweet and nice staff. Very attentive to you and to the properties. Love the house I chose and can't wait to move in. They have a awesome pool and playground with basketball court. Also have a security guy who lives on the premesis. Heather was by far my favorite person I spoke with my whole application process. Definitely recommend this community.

I have lived in the PRADERA Mobil Home community for a little over two years now and I am proud to call this place Home. My neighbors have become lifelong friends.That’s what it’s all about... community and easy living. Maintenance staff is friendly and responsive and the amenities compared to other parks are top notch (big fenced pool, gated park with a nice playground and basketball court, laundry room and clubhouse) the mobile homes are nice spacious and mostly new and being in the city of Howe really just tops it off. The schools and city are great with quick access to Dallas or Durant via Highway 75 .. but still a place with that small town charm.

Mrs. Lowry the new property manager was amazing. Very polite and helpful. I can't wait to move into the community. 5 stars from me. Couldn't ask for management to be more courteous and helpful as her.

Upon arrival the park looked amazing and had a "homely" feel to it, very calm and peaceful. The office is very attractive and inviting. The manager was extremely nice and knowledgeable.

I love living here...The office management is top notch!!! Always ready to listen and help.. Also has awesome holiday parties!!

Used to be stereotypical trailer park, now it appears very nice. Lots of investment made in improvements including new sheds and building upgrades. Still shows up on the news occasionally during the crime segment.
