Hilton Garden Inn Beaumont

Great place but after a long drive, I have an artificial spine, I really depend on a hot tub. Wasn't working again. Most handicapped folks need cold and hot after a long drive to rest at Hilton. I really rely on this or I'm in lock up mode and can not enjoy the sights! But everything always works good. I also wish Beaumont would do something about.

Let me start by saying, I am not a frequent stayer in this hotel; however, when I’m in Beaumont _ The Hilton Garden Inn is my hotel of choice.
The rooms are spacious & clean, the beds are very comfortable & the location is great for me (with its easy access to the freeway).
Although the housekeepers & other staff members are “wonderful’,
I would like to point out a particular guest service's representative *Miranda*. I cannot rave enough about her! I’ve stayed in many hotels, some of them elite; & Miranda’s care & professionalism is right up there with the best of the best!…
From the greeting at the front desk to the seamless check in & check out, she has always made my stay enjoyable therefore I’d like to praise her for her professionalism & commitment to care!
So a big thank you, goes out to Miranda & the other staff members for making my stay feel like my home away from home!

My husband and I loved this hotel, which is high praise given that I am hotel-phobic. The room, as well as the lobby, was bright, spacious, and very clean. The staff was friendly and cheerful. It was a blessing to find this place during our travels.

My short stay at the Garden Inn was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out quick and pleasant. The room was clean and well presented. The fitness center is compact but well done with a Precor FTS tower, an elliptical, and a couple of treadmills and have towels and sanitizing wipes available.

The rooms were nice for the price. We did not require any particular service. The location was good for us, but there was a lot of construction all around which made it a bit challenging to get around.

Our stay was wonderful. We got the accessible room because of a wheelchair-bound family member. The accessible room was stunning. The woman at the front desk during the daytime shift was extremely helpful in outgoing and the rest of the staff was nice as well. Very clean room, great amenities, nice bar downstairs, they have a in-house chef just everything you could want.

Extremely nice for the brand series. Nice contemporary decor when you walk in, friendly staff and clean rooms. Really like the central AC controls in the room, and the full size bottles of lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were a huge plus. They are attached to the walls of the shower!!! Super cool!!! The location is a tad of a hassle, but not their fault; Beaumont is under freeway construction. Would stay again!❣

Staff friendly and helpful. Facility clean and smelled nice. Restaurant in lobby very convenient...had breakfast there. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great and staff very helpful. Will stay here again. Only issue with location is road maintenance occurring in front of hotel. Very difficult but not impossible to enter parking lot due to tight turns (road barriers) and torn up road.

Great room heat, air conditioner work really well. Complimentary water bottles.

The lobby is bright and cheerful. The staff was super friendly. Our room was nice and clean. Very comfortable. We’ll be back. Thoroughly enjoyed their buffet breakfast too!

The room was nice, starting to look a bit warn out. Peeling paint, mini fridge would get cold, iron was broken. But overall, it's not a bad place to stay the night

Rooms are comfortable with lots of room. Nice outside seating for a relaxing evening. Think about takeout from one of the neighboring restaurants combined with drinks from their bar.

Clean rooms and nicely renovated. Bright and airy. Needed to extend my stay by 1 night, had to switch room types and the staff was great about getting my belongings to the new room as I had to go to work. When I returned my new room was ready and my belongings were in my new room.

Yes to this place! This place is new, clean and fantastic. They have a wonderful lobby area with a fireplace and cool tables and lounging spots. The pool has changing lights, and also a hot tub. The rooms have these bougie black out shades that open and lower with a button. The breakfast food is great, with so many choices for $10 or only $5 for children (free if you have Hilton Honors Diamond). We would love to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable rooms. The lobby is newly remodeled, very nice and bright. They have a restaurant from 5pm to 10pm nightly, although I didn't eat there.
Staff is super friendly, attentive and always helpful. I have stayed here several times and would definitely stay again.

Awesome experience. The housekeeping staff is amazing. They pay attention to details and it showed in every part of the room. This hotel had sufficient sanitizing stations. So awesome
