This location, particularly the manager,
Mrs. Sims works and fights for her customers in ways that I have never seen. This is the MetroPCS store that you want to visit in Sherman. Do not visit the MetroPCS on the Texoma Parkway! They suck really bad, and they lie. But this store is absolutely the best with the best staff with the best possible customer service that I've ever seen.

I came to the store yesterday to get an upgrade and the manager talked me out of getting the damn phone while the black lady was trying to assist me. She spoke to me in a tone that I didn't like so I left. I came back today and luckily the black lady remembered me and knew exactly what I wanted and she explained my insurance deductible to me but I decided to just get the upgrade. My experience with her was pleasant and I thank her so much for her just being kind. Fyi just cause you're a manager doesn't mean you get be rude.

The women at this location are amazing! I will never go to another store again! This is now my store They are always so pleasent and go above and beyond Everytime there is a problem or I'm upgrading! I called customer service 4 times and got no where, I walk in here once and she gets me all fixed up, and when I came to get my replacement she not only got me switched to the new one, she took her own time to make sure everything and I mean everything was logged into the new phone and set up so it was seamless and made double sure everything was good to go before I left. These women are on their game!!! Keep up the amazing customer service!

This is by far the best Metro store of them all!!! The sales staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable, you ask a question and they have the answer. It only gets better from here, the Manager is one of the best ladies I have ever met and goes above and beyond her expectations. She has been there for over 3 yrs and with the turnaround in this type of job that really speaks quality. I even had a chance to deal a little with the regional manager and again great person willing to do what it takes to get not only customers but happy customers. I got a great deal, was extremely happy when I left and there is nothing that could have went any better. I will never step in another Metro store but this one. Great job guys!!!0

Best Metro by T-mobile location in the Sherman/Denison area

Mandi and Coco were very friendly, professional and helpful. I felt like I was being treated more like a friend than a customer. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience, which is a big change from the experience I've had with Verizon. Metro PCS really should be proud of their staff at this location.

Haven and Zi helped me get a new phone and all set up today! They were fantastic! Very helpful! They were happy and had positive attitudes! Also so friendly! I enjoyed my experience with them! Would highly recommend going to that store!

We stopped by just to see what kind of deals we could get on 4 phones due to Black Friday Shopping. Haven and christi (not sure of spelling) was more then helpful with get me what i wanted at a price I was willing to pay. They Both worked togethrr as a great team to not only get me what i wanted we got in and out in a timely manner. Thank you Ladies got going above and beyond my expectations. we wl be visiting this store again for all phone needs.

Mandi and Christina rule! I had to replace yet another dropped phone. I was on a limited budget so after the obligatory up sale (given in a knowledge but not overly aggressive way.thank goodness) Mandi found me the best deal within my budget,the right caseand all with the most lovely personality ever. Christina was also working the shop and she was lovely as well. There are other MetroPCS shops in Sherman but this one is the best. There is almost never a wait. Need a new case? they have a great selection and they know all about the features on your new phone and will walk you through what you need to know. This is the store you want for the service you need provided by ladies you'll like!

Christina Sims is the most helpful customer service representative in town!! I live in Denison and come all the way to Sherman because she makes the entire process so smooth and easy!! Awesome store always helpful!!! 5 STARS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I visited with metro store on 82 and christina sims the manager was awesome! She was wad very helpful and made my experience a good one and there needs to be many more of her in this industry.

Very pleasant girl that worked there in Sherman was very knowledgeable about merchandise. I think her name was Raven. We usually go to another Metro store but I will go back to this store. Service very good.

I was very impressed with my service from Christen and the other employee whom I wished to have got her name... I didn't feel like an obligation to any questions I had which was so nice... i walked out feeling comfortable switching to Metro from the other provider...
