Called to pay my bill and the person I spoke with was very hateful. She said I needed the account information and because I was calling her on my cell phone I couldn’t give her that. I’m still in rehab and I though it would be easier by phone. I was wrong. Staff need’s training on how to talk to people. Dr. Jackman. Is wonderful but the staff represents him and his practice. I have worked for doctors for 30 plus years I know how it’s done. I

Dr was very nice and easy to talk to, the staff was all very friendly.

Dr. Dodder, removed a ingrown toenail. Used a spray before the shots and I didn’t feel anything but pressure. At home I didn’t even need advil. Gave me info for care at home and then sent it to me in email . I am very pleased and cannot believe how good that foot feels now . Thank you.

Dr. Jackman is a fantastic podiatrist I recommend to everyone. He treated my broken foot a few years ago and has treated my daughter as well. He is thorough, has great bedside manner, and has a friendly staff.

Dr Jackman has been seeing this 73 year old diabetic male for almost a year now. I usually get in and out of my appointment in 30 minutes or less. His nurses are all very courteous and caring. Dr Jackman is very thorough and encourages you to ask questions. He came highly regarded by my other three doctors, who themselves are highly regarded in their fields. I highly recommend him for any problem involving your feet.

I went to see him in Anna Tx! He is fantastic. Really relaxed atmosphere. Staff was fantastic. Shelly was Awesome and so was his assistant Beth. Thank you all for making this experience more enjoyable. No one looks forward to having their toe cut open. lol

Dr is the best.Down to earth easy to talk to and ask questions. Nurses very helpful and act as if they love their jobs and helping patients. Thats wonderful.
