Ruby Tuesday

Definitely the best Ruby Tuesday I've been to. Fantastic service, really good food, and great drinks. I love to stop at this location because I've never had a bad experience. A highly recommend the baby back ribs with the Hickory bourbon sauce. It's so good!

Courtney and Terrance were great. We asked for a lot! They provided everything. My food was great wife’s was very good, she just thought the dressing was not that great. But, my sauces for my captains platter were all very good. Courtney made sure we got everything we needed and quickly. She checked with us plenty. She is so nice and knows what she is doing. Honestly thought we'd have a longer wait for Valentine's but our timing was spot on! Husband and I split the trio plate, ribs, shrimp and steak and although we prefer our steak a bit more rare still good. All around good service, good food, great prices.

It was great! Juicy and delicious! My sister had the Chrispy Chicken sandwich, she said it was perfect! We come here often. They have an awesome salad bar and great specials.

I come here an embarrassing number of times every month. I love the salad bar and the staff is always super nice! They also have daily lunch deals, but I always stick to the salad bar. I have been promoted to try out other ruby tuesdays based on my experience at this one, but this one is by far the best. The quality of food, the staff, and the types of toppings on the salad bar is unmatched. The older woman who works in the kitchen is great. She knows I come in a lot and love the corn for the salad. She brought me out a little bowl of corn for the salad I was currently eating and put a large bowl on the bar itself. The primary waitress is also very sweet. She always has a ton of tables, sometimes she is the only waitress in the joint. She is a hard worker. It is truly a great experience! (Side note I swear I dont have stock in the salad bar sales, it just truly is a great salad lol).

One of the best of the chain restaurants. We wish there were more available. Food prepared as requested. Fast service. Great...best salad bar of any restaurant.

Bring back the asiago steak.

I had the Steak and Philly sandwich along with cheese sticks and it was very good. This was my first time eating here as we stopped on our way to Knoxville for lunch.

Friendly servers, great food (but the rice in the salmon bowl wasn't the best), everything else was great!
The rice just didn't jive with the salad., but the salmon was cooked to perfection!

Our waiter was also running the bar but did a wonderful job at taking care of everyone's needs. The food was delicious and well prepared.

I've never been in a Ruby Tuesday before so this was quite the experience ☺ I decided to eat at the bar, ( I do enjoy conversation every now and again 😅) Tyler was my guy, he was very informative on the menu suggestions and even switched up the pasta from penne to fettuccine 😋..

Went for lunch and tried their new shrimp scampi dish, although it's not a classic kind of shrimp scampi, it was still very tasty. Our waitress was super sweet.

Trevor Williams is the best manager. They were short handed and he was out bussing tables, taking orders, seating people, and running drinks and orders out to the guests. Cassidy was our waitress and she was busy as a beaver but had a smile on her face and was so pleasant and kind. She had big groups of guests and never got rattled I can’t say enough about tonight’s staff/ they are amazing!! They all were smiling and took time for us to order.

Bartender is phenomenal, I ordered a steak with a b/p they were out and gave me the saltiness mashed potatoes Ive ever had.
Crown and gingerale was phenomenal.

Jennifer is the best bar tender ever. So nice and welcoming to anyone that comes in. Food great as always.

We were told that staff was down 2 people when we got on waiting list. 30 min wait, but didn't mind because hostess was up front with us and kept everyone waiting updated with wait time. Food and service were very good

Couldn't Have Been Nicer Today.

We ate here around 9pm. Their service was lovely, food was exceptional. Our waitress Courtney was fantastic. The table in front of us was the only negative I had with my dinner experience. They were very unreasonable with the waitress several times and rude to the manager and it was not warranted. The manager was beyond helpful. Overall loved my dinner and service. Other diners were the only downfall but that’s not a reflection of the establishment so I can’t fault them with less than 5 stars. Will definitely be back!
