Food City

Supermarket with really good prices on a lot of products. Their deli and bakery were outstanding. Kids enjoyed the bake goods there. The staff were friendly and the place were clean and organized. A lot of free parking and located in a quiet neighborhood.

Food City is awesome! We order our food online and then set a time to go pick it up. They always have the stuff we order. We don't have to worry about having to choose certain items. They always have what we want and the prices are awesome!

We've always gotten our birthday cakes from this Food City's bakery and they have been amazing every single time. I had a baby shower cake made for my best friend who was doing a mermaid/ocean themed baby shower. This was absolutely the BEST cake that we have ever had! I showed the lady I spoke with a couple of pictures on my phone because I didn't have a chance to print out colored photos to bring in but they worked with what I gave them. This cake was so moist and so decadent! Every one loved it!!

Store was fully stocked with anything you might need, Staff were very friendly. Thank you!

Clean isles ,hard to find products typically in stock and the staff are really nice almost always lol

They are the only store that sells Misty Water and the only store that always has my cats food in stock

I love going there at any time of the day and getting fresh burger for our hamburgers. The Taste is so much better when the beef is fresh. Thank you meat department for all your hard work. There's also been so much work to expand our Food City. Hot bar and salad bar that's awesome. Of course more products in the store. Great job

Store was busy but it was the weekend. Store was clean and employees was nice. Self checkout was easy and fast.

The people who work here are always helpful if I need them and friendly

This is, by far, the best Food City I have ever been to. All the employees are friendly, their produce is fresh, and the meat selection is really nice.

I frequently get medications thru the pharmacy here and have always had great experiences with the staff.

On a side note, the new renovations they’ve undergone look great!

Jayce was so kind and helpful. I called in looking for a copy of my receipt and she was patient and a great problem solver. I really appreciated her help! I hope you reward employees for Google reviews because if so, she deserves it!

They’ve newly remodeled the store. It looks great. I even switched to their pharmacy because I like the new setup. They have a walk-up pharmacy window outside.

WOW... Above the normal customer service. After unloading our grocery's at the house we realized we left a bag at the store. We called them around 930pm and they said they found it and would hold onto it for us. Unfortunately, we were not able to get back to the store for 2 days and when we did, they informed us that they had to put the items back, BUT we had our receipt and could just go grab fresh items and we would be good to go. Incredibly friendly and great experience.

Best food city I’ve ever been too really organized well.Quick checkout and plenty of clean buggies.The 24 pack of cokes I got were taped shut cokes went everywhere when I got home I will look next time.

Great prices when you sign up with a savings card! I paid $60 for some groceries and saved over $30! Store was well-stocked and the lady at self-checkout was very friendly and helpful to sign up for a card.

Great variety! All types of groceries! It's a very clean place to shop. I always find what I need, if not I ask and they show me. Everyone is extremely friendly. The bakery is awesome, meat department and Fish Department is Extreme excellent :-)

I'm still shopping here! Like this store a lot! They have expanded their store. It is beautiful and even bigger variety. By far the best grocery store around.

With it being the only place to really grocery shop in Dandridge we really have no other choice unless we go out of town.. I like a good deal just as the next person but convince is key sometimes.. Staff is always welcoming.. food always fresh.

I can always find what I need. Prices are a little higher than Walmart. Everything is always fresh. I love their fresh pineapple .
