CVS

Customers are rude and entitled. They have no idea what it’s like to work in a busy pharmacy with massive amounts of prescriptions, medication shortages and backorders that are out of their hands and the stress of people who refuse to be reasonable, patient or have any sense of decency. They are always ready to take out their frustration on the techs and pharmacists who have no control over these things and are trying their best. I worked in pharmacy for years, and I could never go back. Too much. Thanks for showing up to work, guys!

Our family has been using this CVS for years. I have had 1 negative experience since 2017, and when the pharmacist was made aware of the situation she was compassionate and immediately resolved the issue. From leaving medication abroad (no it wasn’t controlled and no that’s not an excuse, I truly did that on Christmas vacation), to helping patients navigate current medication supply shortages, I’m so grateful for this team and their leadership.

New to the area. Called and had prescription put back and refilled here instead. They had it done in a short period of time....impressed. Used drive thru pharmacy. Lady was very polite and helpful. She offered to move prescriptions from other CVS locations and to put them on auto refill without requesting it. She was thoughtful, fast and very kind.

Absolutely the best CVS! The pharmacy is outstanding and every single employee truly cares about the well-being of customers.
Staff are exceptionally nice, friendly, and helpful. I wish it was a 24 hour CVS but other than that they are incredible.

My review is on the drive thru service. Very friendly and helpful woman named Mendeep helped me. I couldn't be happier with her help and patience with a mix-up with my prescription. Nice attitude! Pharmacist seemed good too. I left satisfied. 👍

I see a LOT of bad reviews on here, but my reality does not reflect the hostility that is inferred. Quite opposite rather, i found the staff (pharmacy&cashier/greeter) to be well informed, expeditiously quick, and multi tasking handily. I should think (having worked retail) that people would learn a bit of patience, a smile, and some empathy go very far towards an actual happy experience.

I always had a good experience with this CVS pharmacy ever since I moved here. The staff is kind and caring. They all are busy because of so many people who have moved to the area but they do try their best to help their customers as soon as possible.

Tuesday I left work sick with flu like symptoms. I first called Walgreens And I asked the young lady if she could pull some cold medicine and ibuprofen for me and let me pick them up in the drive thru. She said we don’t normally do that but I will this one time only. The pharmacy doesn’t open till nine. She had a very snotty attitude. I called CVS in Fort Mill, by then I’m so sick I can’t talk and I’m in tears, Young lady that answered the phone didn’t hesitate she said yes ma’am tell me what you need. I was greeted at the window the pharmacist checked me out and they told me they hoped I felt better. Super nice and best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for helping me. I still had to go to the ER yesterday. But that means a lot what you guys did for me.

Fastest CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to. My prescription was immediately ready after a Minute Clinic appointment. Ashley the pharmacy is amazing and all the staff is super nice there.

Called in an item to be picked up. Tatiana ( I believe was her name) was so helpful. She took time out to help me find a product. Great customer service!!!!

Great customer service, very helpful cashier tonight, only a bit before closing. Good location as well right off the highway, next to HT and QT as well very convenient.

Always helpful and everyone is very nice! I remember going in for valentines and the printer wasn’t working and everyone was doing their best and I believe she was the manager, was super nice!!!! Love my neighbors!

Never had a long wait for RX. Staff are always friendly and efficient.

This is were I get my medication. Price is fair and you can find makeup and other.

Have always had what I needed in a timely manner!
