Went to pick up a prescription for my husband today only to find out that the medicines were all OTC. It was POURING rain outside. The pharmacist was kind enough to offer to grab the meds for me if I circled around the store to the end of the drive thru line. A+ Customer Service! Thank you for saving me from getting soaked outside today!!!

I love this store! Everyone is super helpful and nice. The pharmacist are knowledgeable and pleasant even if you aren’t there to pick up any medicine they will still make time to answer any of your questions

I typically use this pharmacy for my prescriptions. Overall, they take care of me fairly quickly. Sometimes it takes a little while if I have to go in. Drive thru is faster. The pharmacist is a good guy, as are the assistants that work there. Sometimes I use GoodRx as the prices can be better than using my insurance. On some medications they are in the lower range, but not on all of them. It pays to shop around!

Pharmacy’s super small and never has my meds. Hate to go across street to cvs since it is opposite with being super huge and super slow.

Harris teeter is best in the area and much more focused on service. Not sure how this one still is open really with how small and slow it is for area

Unhelpful pharmacy staff. Apparently all those years of training to be a pharmacist they don’t teach how to assist customers. Me: Hi, do you have [brand name] non Rx decongestant (kept behind counter)?
Ph: our system is down so I can’t sell it.
Me: yeah, but do you have [brand] in stock? I can come back later?
Ph: we have the Walgreens brand.
Me: do you have the brand formula?
Ph: what you see is what we have.
Me: when will it be in stock?
Ph: Our system is down.
Me: yeah but I can come back later in the week or I can try another Walgreens. Whay day will you have it in stock?
Ph: I don’t know we can’t sell it today so what difference does it make.

We are all in trouble when an employee that works in a pharmacy insists that a customer at the drive-thru, alone in their car, must wear a mask before being served. Seriously, do these people behind the bullet proof glass at Walgreens think that people in their cars outside really need to wear masks? Or do they hate the company they work for so much that they just want to give the customers a hard time? I’m terrified of getting any prescription filled there again. I don’t know if they are going to intentionally harm me if I say the wrong thing. Or if they even understand how to fill a prescription if they don’t understand air flow.

I have been a loyal customer for years, especially in the photo department. Over the years there have been some mess ups, but usually if I show the person helping me, they always make it right. Today was different and I will not be back. The response I received today from the woman helping me was as if she didn’t care that my images had been cut off at the top. She didn’t ask to see them or try and figure it out with me. She just kept saying “that must be how we received them.” I’ve done this enough over my 10 year photo career to know it wasn’t. I checked every photo and checked it again when I got home to make sure it wasn’t my fault. It wasn’t. It was a machine error. I usually go to a higher quality print company, but I needed the images fast for my students. Walgreen’s machine must have been off a little and cut the top of my logo off. It was only on a few photos and it wouldn’t have been a big deal.. I just needed her to help me. Being someone who has printed photos on my own large scale printer, I know that the photo paper can get shifted just slightly and catch the images causing there to be a few cm off. I left out of frustration stating I would take my business elsewhere. I said thank you as I turned to walk away and she made sure to say “you’re welcome!” with a sharpness so I would definitely hear it. I am usually very understanding, but it is as if she didn’t have time to make it right and wanted to shut me up. I wasn’t asking for my money back, I was just asking for it to be made right. If I hadn’t been in a hurry I would have asked for a manager to help me. I won’t be back.

Worst service ever! Katrina claimed to be a manger. Yet was ticked off that she had to come from the back to help me at the photo center. She was slamming things and huffing. When I called her on it, all of he sudden I had to fill out a form because the prints I was getting were from a thumb drive by a professional photographer. When I said I never had to fill that out before she got even more rude. I then got loud and asked for a manager. She claimed she was the manager. Her behavior and attitude were rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER step foot in this store again if this is who you choose to hire as a manager.

I've been sitting at the drive thru window for 5 minutes now (Fri @ 9:15) & not a word. I can see 5 people behind, the window, so I was hoping for a hello or we will be right with you. It's ok to be busy, but a little customer service goes a long way. To the associate Danielle, when working the window it helps to greet, smile, make eye contact or somehow acknowledge the person that is on the other side of the glass. They can see you. This should be standard procedure with every customer.
