Ordered online and did the curbside pickup which was excellent. Waiting time was less than 10 minutes! The young gentleman who brought the printer to the car was very professional and quite Pleasant...

My husband and I went to look at washers and dryers and had great customer service experience! Marcos made sure we were able to deliver our new washer and dryer to our new house in a different town. So nice and reassuring everything will be easy peaseay!!!

went to purchase a new TV. No issues. I do a lot of shopping here and it is always good. Settelled in on a new Qled from Samsung and couldnt be happier.

We have to be careful with our money and we got an amazing deal our refrigerator went out and needed a new one now and the deal we got just blew us out of the water we both thank you for the open box special we are in our 50.and 60s and money is tight we would be with out if not for the open box spical so thank you so much for what you do

The staff here is awesome. I was looking for a specific item and the employees in the front escorted me to the location of the item and helped me bring it up to check out. Thank you!

The guy in the TV department. He was a taller african american gentleman he was so nice and helpful. If I wasn't on vacation I would have purchased a television from him. He was that informational.

Braden "that longhaired fella" helped me. There aren't enough happy adjectives to describe him. I'd go back to BestBuy just to have him help me again.

Great service. I didn't find what I needed but I got the best service possible from the electronics section.

Went in to look at phones. They greated me at the door. Showed me where to go. There was a Samsung rep that came over and discussed watches and phones and different features but didn't hover. I did not get either that day and left with more knowledge.

I have never been approached by so many associates, asking if they could help me find what I needed. Thank you for the positive experience during the Christmas holidays.

Stopped in for an In-Store pickup. Item was ready and pickup went very smoothly. Done and gone in 5 minutes.

I placed an online order for pick up. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of product stocked on the shelf, as well as the helpfulness of the staff. We actually bought another item besides our pickup because of the stock on hand!

Helpful employees. Basically if they see you they'll ask you if you need assistance. Which is nice if you're not a grouch.

The computer department was helpful with employees who were not pushy to get me to buy something I didn't want. This has been my experience at different retailers and one reason I still prefer to shop here. I usually come in with a general idea and maybe a couple of questions to narrow it down and they were able to more than meet my needs where I left with a purchase.

This location is great, very spacious, wide variety of products from electronics, video games, and media.

Parking is a bit clusterd, however once you get past that this BestBuy location is awesome. Very friendly and helpful employees really put it over the top.
