Arrived around 8pm, loaded and In and out in 1 hour 45 min. No over night parking. Nice.

They are so friendly patient and helpful. The lady that check me in she is so patient with me.the way she served me if there is something wrong honestly I don’t see it.they want your trailer clean and at the right temperature before they start loading you .so wash out your trait and pre-cool it if you don’t want to spend time here. This is the rule obey to it and you will see that is one of the best place to come to have your load.

It's a good idea to come washed-out and precooled. Haven't had to spend the night, but a few truck stops near by. Today I dropped the ball, but last time I was on point.

11/8/22 I called this morning to verify appointment time and pick up number, asked if I could come in early. They said yes but no guarantee I would be loaded before appointment time. Preset my reefer to-10. Got here at 9:30am appointment was for 17:00. Took nap, got in a door at 15:45. You have to go into break room while they load you. Took my lunch phone and phone charger in with me. Got paperwork at 17:01. This place is only difficult if you make it so. They also let me finish my 10 down, as long as I left by 21:30.

Maybe my luckiest day. After reading the reviews about this location, I thought I was going to be here all day. But nope. Apt time 0845, checked in 0800, was given a door (3) backed in, the guy cut my seal by 0810 and told me to go wait in the lobby, he said the unload may take 20 to 40 minutes. I went to sit in the lobby, by 0837 I was given my signed BOL. I think they were waiting for me that they got me out this fast, or it’s just my lucky day.

My husband just left there, one of the best and cleanest places he's been to in years. They follow USDA protocol, which is excellent. Drivers that are upset do not want to follow proper guidelines. Those guidelines are well written and posted. The receptionist was very pleasing and cordial. Dowson Transport will be back. 10 stars

Make sure you have your reefer precooled to -10. They will check your temperature upon your arrival. The broker told me I had a 9am appointment. When I went to check in the lady at the desk said I had a 4pm appointment. Since a few trucks didnt show up on time for they appointments they went ahead and loaded me right away. You have to sit inside the waiting area while they load you. The loading does not take very long. I may have sat there 45 minutes. There is plenty of room for parking. I got here around 6am. Took a nap went and checked in at my appointment time. Got loaded, parked and finished my 10hr break. They have a bathroom and break area with vending machines. When coming from highway 76 turn to on Bachman Chapel Road. Come down and you will see the gate on your left. Pull up to the gate and security will open the gate. When you come in the gate come down to the very end and go left. The frozen docks are on that corner as you turn left.

This place does a great job in and out loaders and guy behind the glass are very nice and polite I was late should have been a work in, but straight to a door quickly loaded. I hope to come here more. I don't know why people are hating on this place. I've been here twice and I was late both times but still in and out.
