Mid-Carolina Animal Hospital

I drive all the way from White Rock to prosperity to take my Pomeranians to Mid Carolina Animal Hospital because they are just that great with my dogs.

Dr. Morris, Brooke, and staff are all amazing. They take such good care of my spoiled pups. They don't talk down to me as I experienced at the last vet we went to. They treat me with dignity, tell me options that I have, and never make me feel pressured. They take extra time to explain things to me and never do anything that costs money without asking me first. That means a lot.

What means the most is how much my older pup loves Brooke. He can be quite grumpy, but she has a way with him to keep him calmer. He actually loves going to the vet now, getting excited when we pull in the parking lot. I highly recommended mid carolina animal hospital!

Dr. Von is fantastic. Our 95 lbs German shepherd really does not like going to the vet and Dr. Von is great with him. He was great with our calm cat as well, but it really stands out compared to previous experiences with our dog. Reasonable prices, good times available for appointments. Definitely recommend them to be your vet if you need one or want a new one.

The veterinarians and staff are wonderful people. The biggest point of this office is the fact they can care and treat work dogs ( military or police ) because a lot of veterinarians won't because the nature of this animal. There isn't enough space on this review to say how much my family appreciates them. ☆☆☆☆☆

Absolutely amazing animal hospital, I’m so blessed to have found them. All the staff is so sweet and helpful. My dogs have always gotten taken care of the past two years we’ve been here. Highly recommend.

We have taken our dogs here since 2018. We lost our military service dog this morning. We give heartfelt thanks to the Mid-Carolina Animal Hospial family, who were so very respectful toward him and loving toward us.

I took my sick kitty, Tygryis, to Mid Carolina this morning and they were very nice and professional and found the cause of her illness and have her on her way to feeling better now. I’m glad they were able to get her in quick and diagnose and treat her.

They were really nice, tech was really good with Bailey and so was the vet. Bailey would felt secure enough that he walked right back with them to get a shots and even worrying about his mommy when she usually does. Very clean no smell of urine or anything else just clean I like that. All was well knowledgeable and had Bailey's best interest at heart.
I felt like maybe they were a little pricey but you do get what you pay for.

I can not recommend this place enough if you are in need of a veterinarian!! The first time we went was for our indoor only cat who had bumps on his chin that he would scratch when he was anxious. We had gone to a different vet who gave us a spray that didn't work, and the bumps only got worse. We came here, and the vet immediately knew it was fleas. I was so skeptical because he is indoor only and had not had any exposure to other pets, and having grown up with outdoor cats, I know the signs. But sure enough, she pulled out the comb, and there was a flea! The other vet we went to never even thought to check. Apparently, he is just particularly sensitive to flea bites, which caused the bumps, and it is likely the fleas were in the carpet of the apartment we had just moved into! The second time we went was for a last-minute vaccine. They fit us in day of and I couldn't be more grateful! I am so sad to have moved away from them because I truly felt like my cats were in good hands! Thank you all for taking care of my boys!!

We took our pittie here after we moved from KY and they were great with him. The Dr was through, addressed all our concerns and walked us through her recommendations while letting us decide a course of action. A few days ago a stray cat we've taken in got attacked by a bobcat. They were amazing again getting his wound treated and making sure I had clear instructions. I was so upset and the assistant was so kind and took time to comfort me. I'm so glad we found Dr Wilkie and this office!

Our baby had been with us for 17 years. Mid-Carolina Animal Hospital treated him and us with the utmost respect and care. Sat on the floor with us as we took our baby out of pain.

I absolutely cannot thank Dr. Morris and all the staff at mid-carolina enough. Our dog Murphy had quite a need for medical attention and from day one they have been amazing in how they've handled everything. He got out of surgery today and the recovery is just starting. But I know he is going to make it out stronger than ever. Thank you all so, so very much!

Absolutely the best experience with our 6-month old kittens. Everyone was kind and professional. The facilities were very clean and a calming environment. Even the kittens calmed right down because of the atmosphere.

We always bring our dog here and they.v take wonderful care of her. I've never seen an animal so happy to go to the veterinarian.

My wife and I took our little guy Scooter here yesterday and we were so pleased with the visit. You simply feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door and Britney greets you. Doctor Morris was wonderful with Scooter and he took to her immediately which he is normally reluctant to do. I am sure that's because her caring heart lights up the room when she walks in. Absolutely thrilled to have Doctor Morris and her staff in Prosperity.

I have used them numerous times for the many animals my daughter finds and brings home. I can’t imagine finer doctors than Dr. Morris and Dr.Wilkie! Even during all of the crazy corona times, the professional service received from the doctors and staff is unmatched! Highly recommend them for you pets!

Everything about this office is fantastic. I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. I’ve had to come around 20 times between all of my animals, sometimes last minute. The price is fair and the doctor gives you options for treatment because budgets for people are different. I am so glad Newberry has this office!!

They take care of our 4 legged family members. Great people who love on em like we do!
