I had a wonderful first visit at this office. The staff were friendly. I didn’t have to wait long. Dr. Puckett was very sweet and took the time to go over all my medications and even look for alternatives to several I needed to change to liquid forms. She did bloodwork and I’m glad she did as my thyroid levels came back low.

Great medical staff and doctors. They take the time to discuss the patient’s issues and treatment options, instead of rushing us in and out of the examining room. They care, which is few and far these days.
My only suggestion is that they need more doctors available per patient ratio.

I always get top of the line medical treatment here. Dr. Pennington and nurse Susan are very caring and friendly care-givers, and I love them both!

I am so disappointed in this medical office. You can’t get refills, I had to go without my blood pressure medication for 4 days and the only way I was able to get a refill in through my old doctors office. This is crazy.. I have contacted my doctor Sarah Van for refills and yet to receive them. I am currently looking for another doctors office. The only reason I gave 2 stars were for the people up front.

The front desk staff is very rude and don’t know how to talk to people. After my last visit I have definitely been looking for a new facility! When you call up there and ask for something to be done and they get smart and say “didn’t we already do that for you.”

I think the clinic and staff are competent. I will start with that. But don’t make someone a appointment and it be an hour and fifteen minutes before you call them back. This is extremely poor customer service. I think the sales reps had a large impact on the delay experienced today. Either schedule your sales reps or your customers. Not both at the same time.

I rushed from work in Nashville to make my appointment for 3pm. I walked in the office at 3:05. The receptionist took all my new patient information at the window. Once finished she looked at the sign in sheet and discovered I wrote that I arrived at 3:05. She then began to shame me for being late and spoke with staff in the back. When she came out she told me they will overlook my being 5 minutes late but will move me to the back of the line (2 people-as punishment I guess). When I scheduled the appointment I was never told to be there earlier than 3. I’ve been looking for a primary care doctor in the area however if being 5 minutes late is such a big issue for them then I’ll find another doctor. I’m a hard working person and I don’t appreciate being looked down on by a receptionist for running a little behind. I walked out and won’t be back. I would NOT recommend this office to any friends of mine.

When they ask if you have anything bothering you during your annual physical it is a trap to bill you for a separate visit and you will not be warned. Any questions you ask will be treated as outside the scope of your annual visit and billed as a separate you will have to pay for out of pocket. They should at least warn you about the extra bill this will cause.

The doctors do Not care about their patients! They miss treat and abuse you and when you say something they told me i needed a physicist. I have large lumps in my right side for more than 2 years. They have given the same test 4 times that does not show my lupms. Then when i got mad that no one is helping me and i was in pain . Dr. Jackson told me she was sending a referal for a pain clinic. I refused no pain clinic is going to help other than druging me. But she knew i was in pain and told me to go take otc meds even though my urine has blood in it and has for2 years.I contacted insurance company to report them. They were appalled at the abuse i have been subjected to. Help me close their doors. All patients that have been abuse and mistreated please contact board of physician so we can make sure they do continue to mistreat people.We can contact legal help as well.

Front desk staff is extremely rude! I walked out after how rude she was. She asked in front of the entire waiting room what I was being seen for…which was extremely embarrassing since it’s Confidential!

This is the worst doctors office you could possibly ever go to! Don’t recommend at all!
