It's the absolute best seafood buffet I have ever eaten at! You can't go wrong with picking this place. The price is reasonable for the variety of food to choose from. The quality of the food was awesome! Crab legs were always available. Our server was very attentive, and there were 16 of us. He gave excellent service.

I have been coming here for several years. I've also been to the Williamsburg, VA location. They are both great. The all you can eat crab legs alone is worth the money. I go to Captain George's every time I'm in Myrtle Beach. Adults are typically around $49.99 per person. They have discounts for an early bird special. It is a large buffet with a vast assortment of food and desserts. Plenty of choices when it comes to seafood too.

Pricy, but worth it...unless you're a picky eater. The best thing about Myrtle Beach is this place. The fact that they have raw oysters on the buffet makes it worth every penny for me.

Prices as of 8/2023: $50 for adults, $25 for 5-12 yo, $5 for 4 yo and under. What sets this restaurant apart from others that I’ve been to that serve all you can eat crab legs is the manned crab stations. No animalistic fighting for food. Ahhh, welcome to civilization. They have a staff member that serves you the crab legs (as many clusters as you ask). Sometimes there is a line, but moves within 20-30 seconds. Fantastic. The only thing I’d change is the amount of salt in the brine. 6-7 clusters in and the salt starts hitting you. I also tried their ribs and they were great as well. Other seafood items were also good but have only tried the imperial crab and salmon. Our server non-stop refilled our drinks. They have a good system here. It works.

Captain George is the place to go to eat to your heart is content. $50 per person. They have a wide variety of buffet style food. The jambalaya was a little salty. Other than that everything was good.

This place is awesome. We have 2 main spots for calabash seafood. This is one of them. We go every so often when we want crablegs. The Osyter Rockefeller is a favorite. This time, I had an Amaretto Sour. It was so good.

It's all you can eat crab legs nothing else to say. It's pricey around $55 a head with a soda. It's very clean staff is everywhere and extremely friendly. The food is very good and the crab has been properly good so the meat is not stuck to the shell. Well worth the trip would recommend to anyone vacationing in the area.

Although I am no longer able to eat lobster, crab or shrimp, I was going to order off the menu instead of getting the buffet . I went and looked at the buffet and there was plenty of other options to choose from. I enjoyed the garlic wings, the baked salmon, steak and prime rib, whole cooked mushrooms, a huge salad bar, Mac and cheese and a huge dessert bar. My family did enjoy the seafood options. If you are going to do a seafood buffet while in Myrtle Beach this is definitely the best option, food is worth the money, everything was fresh and the buffet was kept stocked even with the large dinner crowd. The environment is kinda cool too it’s like you’re on a ship. Staff was very accommodating and kept your shell bucket empty, plates cleared and drinks full.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant conveniently close to Broadway at the Beach. The ample parking and efficient organization from entrance to seating were impressive. The decorations added to the ambiance, and the friendly and efficient staff made the visit enjoyable. The place was impeccably clean, and the food selection, especially the buffet, catered to all tastes. The delicious crab legs, Norfolk Special, and oysters Rockefeller stood out. Waiters Brooke and Logan were attentive and kept our table in great condition. The continuous cleaning, restocking, and well-maintained bathrooms were other noteworthy aspects. Overall, a delightful and satisfying dining experience.

Absolutely the BEST seafood buffet that I have ever been to. I love that you feel you're in a nice restaurant. Service was great. The Oyster Rockefeller was so good. I tried was cooked and seasoned perfectly. My husband wasn't crazy about the ribs.

This restaurant is the best for calabash in the Myrtle Beach area. For mass produced food, everything is so good with so much variety. They have the crab legs being served by an employee which makes the process so much more convenient than trying to get them off the buffet with a million other people. Service was phenomenal. Servers are consistently coming around to refill beverages and remove crab shells from the table. I highly recommend.

This place blew me away! We wanted a fun family friendly all you can eat seafood buffet dinner! This spot did not disappoint! There was a huge parking lot we could easily park the rv!
We were seated immediately and told that because we were there before 4pm (Sunday) we got a $5 discount so the buffet was $44.95
They had amazing shrimp 🍤 🦐 crawfish, crab 🦀 legs, salmon, mahi mahi, other options such as steak, brisket, pulled pork and chicken wings (loved the lemon 🍋 ones) then they also have a huge salad bar!!
Everything is themed so it’s extra fun and the servers were outstanding!!

The cleanliness is top noch too! There are gloves provided for anyone who wants them!

Definitely 💯 recommend!!

Ps the desserts are fantastic too!

Great service. The atmosphere is not like a lot of the other seafood buffets in Myrtle Beach. Food and selection was good. Some food could be better but I think that is normal for a buffet. Would definitely recommend it if you want a good seafood buffet.

Some of the best steamed crabs in the nation They somehow managed to make them both tender and fresh without having the stiffness of some and the frozen and recooked texture of others. This review is only for the crabs and not for any other food they served…
