My wife and I started a business not to long ago and like others we had no idea how to get such a quantity scanned at the post office but your employee Glen has Ben so much help. Ever since the first time he helped us he has had the scanner ready every time he sees us. It’s not only us he has a spectacular customer support and his attitude is amazing even if he is having a hard day. We know it’s rough to have to deal with us but we’re thankful he goes the extra mile to provide in my opinion the best service there. He deserves a raise!!!

I had a package that was not delivered and the post office called so within about my mailbox being vacant and I believe I spoke Nancy who was awesome. Very professional, courteous and kind. Nancy got my package delivered and was so nice on the phone and understanding. Thank you so much for all your help!!

Friendly staff!! Lines go much quicker than other post offices. I drive the extra time to go to this one in carolina forest.

It was crowded, but it was Christmas. Everyone was cheerful and pleasant.

I would like to give this post office 10 stars if I could. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I sell things online so I am almost there everyday to get receipts. I try to use the kiosk so I don’t have to get in line for something I can do myself but a lot of times it’s frozen so that would for sure help the employees there out if that thing can be fixed but today it was after close and I went to go use the machine and it wasn’t working. They already had a line of people that was going to make them well past 30 minutes after close so I felt for the employees because I know for me when I worked in retail I wanted to be able to get out on time and be home to enjoy my family. The man with the beard that is always there when I go in was nice enough to let me get in line to stay. He’s always super nice and so are the two women that work there. Always super knowledgeable and sweet. I just wanted to say that they all kept their smiles and positivity even though we all held them up to go home and I don’t think I would have been as nice if it was the other way around. So thanks again and your hard work does not go unnoticed

Tim was very patient with me as I was sending certified mail and return service requested for the first time. Went out of his way to teach me how to do it properly. There was also a very friendly clerk who's name I did not get who helped me with some envelopes. These folks are top notch. This place is always busy and these people are not machines. Please be kind!:)

People in this post office are friendly and serve everyone fast

I have to say this post office gets a bad reputation simply bc it’s so busy. People take it out on the employees when really we should have a much bigger post office. The guys at the front desk are always pleasant and helpful. They are over worked and it’s not their fault. We finally got a self service kiosk but I rarely see anyone using it. Maybe if customers would be pleasant and understanding they’d get same in return.

Of the 12 regional Post Offices I’ve worked at, this one is the best.
And “no,” unfortunately we don’t have the printing technology to print your label.

I've never had anything but great experiences at this post office. Even when the line reaches the door, they're very quick about processing each person's order. My mailman ... that's another thing altogether. Mail is often delivered to the wrong neighbors - they get mine, I get theirs. Very frustrating.

Always fast and easy if you go during the off peak times! Great helpful clerks....

I love my US Postal System. I find them reliable and inexpensive. I have all over the world and our system is wonderful.

Live the staff as always super efficient

Absolutey the most courteous staff anywhere. Line moves superfast. Total professionalism at its best. Maybe it's because I come from NYC where rudness and laziness is the post office's motto there. Great job!!

I have been to all of the post offices in the area, and the counter employees at this location are the kindest and most helpful. Definitely worth the drive, to be treated with respect

Both gentlemen I have dealt with at the desk have been extremely courteous and always help. Never a hesitation for them to go an extra step out of their way to help you out.

Sam and vinnie are great guy's i use the post office alot I'm in there at least 3to4 times a week and they are always courteous and will always help you out keep doing what your doing great job guys

Love the USPS. I ship several items a month, there is not a better, easier, or less expensive way to ship
