Carolina Forest Ace

Very impressed as this ACE store had an HVAC 35-5 capacitor in stock that the big box stores did not stock in Myrtle Beach. Able to get our Goodman HVAC outdoor unit running again without calling a service company. Saved at least $200 avoiding a service call.

This Ace Hardware is a Fantastic store!! They ALWAYS have what I need,when I need it,and I’m ALWAYS pleased with their prices!! Their mechanic was put through the test on my chainsaw,and it operates after him working on it as if it were new!! This hardware store is Amazing,as are the management and the employees,and I am Thankful I found a Go To store when I am in need!!

Love this place Not over sized but had everything I needed at a great price.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing! Our trunk broke and we needed rope to keep it shut, they came out and helped us secure it. Very friendly and helpful staff! They answered any questions we had and assisted us in quickly manner. I greatly recommend their services!

I live in Conway and would fight the traffic back here if I need more supplies in the future - that's how great the customer service is! As a woman, going to the hardware store can be intimidating. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. They helped me find the valve I needed and never made me feel dumb. If this Ace has the part, go to them and skip the big box stores where you can't find any help.

Bought flex glue and was told it would hold and it didn't. Young man refunded me no problem. Customer service is great here

10/10 for Ace Socastee!!! Far and away rhe best customer service experience EVER. I was on a job site and needed a specific 15 amp breaker. I called ACE and within an HR they found exactly what I needed and brought it to my job site. Brandon Holt was the friendly and helpful gentleman who went the extra mile. Literally. It's nice to have a hardware store where Representatives know where to direct you to find products and it's not so overwhelming that you get what you need and you pay a fair price. Though I do shop at Lowe's hardware and home depot, it's nice to have that small hometown hardware store right around the corner, just minutes away from your house! Such a nice group of people there who are willing to help you!
