Last week I came to this store to purchase mulch. The garden center doors were locked, despite it being after 8 am. Luckily I found a very friendly employee to help me. She made the whole process so easy. She asked me to make my purchase first. And this is where I met Debora at the self check out. She assisted me with the purchase since I hadn't a clue how to check out mulch or even use the Home Depot coupon. She was so kind and helpful. This store came up with a brilliant marketing idea. They had a nice display of the mulch right by the front door. All I had to do is pull my vehicle up front. Sharon came right out and started loading the mulch. I was amazed at her work ethic as well as her kindness towards me. Thank you ladies for all of your hard work, it is very much appreciated. You'll remember me as the Queen of Mulch!

Bought this adorable life vest for my Jack Russell/Chihuahua for Halloween but I work at Landshark and it wasn't available on our home site. It was delivered on time and I was was very grateful because they got it sent on time.

I ordered a floor lamp from Home Depot Before Christmas. The young lady Stacy Ann, at the service desk who helped me, was professional, very courteous, and just nice. She is a good ambassador for Home Depot. It was a positive experience.

The Myrtle Beach store is centrally located and is staffed with a friendly, customer service-oriented team. The store is clean and well laid out.

I went to the flower area looking for a simple houseplant for my Mama. I found an incredible Watermelon Peperomia. I'd never seen such a lovely little thing! All her visitors asked what it was & what florist it came from! It was already in a pretty white glass pot for only $20. I just added the yellow bow.

These 5 stars goes to the employee Bailey. She is amazing some of the customer service employees could learn some things from her. Home Depot should give her a raise

Chris helped me out in garden loading up despite the rain. Was a huge help with the grass fertilizer to.

It was an absolute pleasure talking with Mandy. I had an issue with an order I placed and while talking to her about it, the call dropped. All she got was my first and last name. When I called back, she already had my order pulled up. She resolved the issue immediately. I'm very impressed! Give her a raise.

Cudos to Kohn Millwolk for the great service and help he gave helping me and putting together the garden cart I purchased yesterday. We are seniors visiting the area and had no tools to put it together. John had no problem helping me and we will definitely find him again next time we visit the store. Wish they had more employees like him!
