Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We've been to several different Freddy's locations.
The one in Muskogee was our first & is our favorite!
The staff may change, but the style & flavor of the food hasn't.
This is the most consistent fast food place we've EVER been to!

It was great. I had their pattie melt. It was very good. I was with a group of 12 and they handle groups well. Their food is cooked fast and served hot. For 12 people that is good.

I come here every week and the food is always amazing. Customer service is perfect super friendly staff and always willing to go the extra mile to make me feel welcomed. It’s the best fast food option in Muskogee in my opinion. I look forward to coming here each and every week!!

20230916T1215 - I didn't make a review yesterday when I went here, but that's okay. Because I had a great experience today as I did yesterday. Cheerful, helpful staff. Active management, and constantly being cleaned when the customers die down. Today, after I ordered, I was informed by the manager that they had run out of Texas toast for the grilled cheese steakburger I had ordered. He explained how he thought somebody just forgot to pull it out of refrigeration, but it was all gone. I left him know it was not that big of a deal and they could just replace the Texas toast with a regular bun. He apologized profusely, which wasn't necessary, but was appreciated because it shows that he cares. He was sincere in The execution of his duties, not just because it will get rid of the customer and their problem. Other fast food places in Muskogee should take note. This is how you run a burger joint. He wound up comping me a meal for my next trip since I didn't get exactly what I ordered. The point is, they care around here.

I drive almost an hour to visit Freddy’s in Muskogee. Not only is the food well worth the drive, the service and friendliness from employees is unmatched by any other restaurant I frequently. The staff seems to be well trained and all work together nicely which always makes for a smooth visit and we never have to worry about mess ups.

I come here often with my kids. Food is always served up quickly and quality is consistently great. The staff here is friendly and efficient.

I went on on Saturday morning and everything was amazing. The girls were cleaning and obviously busy but as soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed by the young ladies working up front. They were all very polite and sweet! They walked me through taking my order and made sure everything was correct, plus the food was amazing! The environment was lovely and the employees get along great. This was one of the most welcoming establishments I’ve ever been to, they definitely make you feel like family! I think Saturday and Sunday are the best days to go, I always have an amazing experience as soon as I walk through the door. Thank you Freddy’s for the amazing customer service and even better food!

The service was Great! The atmosphere was amazing too! The employees were kind and very helpful! 10 out of 10, I recommend it! I especially appreciate the Manager Jadan! She was very helpful and guided her employees in the right direction to get my order right!

Hands down this is a well ran establishment and very clean.Everyone is always friendly & smiling. The food is ALWAYS fresh. Ms. Dottie the GM is phenomenal! She really went out of her way to make sure the minor discrepancy with my order was corrected. She was so sweet! She made sure my order was hot and fresh with some complimentary essentials that definitely made me smile! Great food! Great service! Great employees!

Good, as always! This time I went ahead and got the brownie concrete (because I'm a fatty) and I thoroughly enjoyed it until all of my food was eaten and the self-loathing kicked back in.

THIS establishment is by far & hands down one of THE BEST fast food spots in Oklahoma! From the friendly, phenomenal staff down to the amazing food.

Amazing service and quality. I accidentally place a mobile order at the wrong store and they just gave me the food anyways.

Very nice people clean food burgers always good and not sloppy like Whataburger muskogee I think they have the best burgers 😋

First time at Freddy’s, and I will definitely be returning. The restaurant is clean and the staff is super friendly. There is a faint smell of oil in the air, but that is to be expected at a burger place. The food is great and they give plenty of fries!
