I have been a patient of Dr Williams for many years and he is an amazing physician and is very kind and caring to every one of his patients as well as his staff. He hires local OSU med students as his assistant's to help further their education and training and they have all been very kind as well. Everyone from the girls who take care of insurance and billing making sure your medication's will be covered and setting appointments are very knowledgeable and work to help you in every way, to his lab technician's all know you by name and make you feel comfortable. He never rushes you through your visit but takes the time to listen too and address all of your concerns and even tells you a joke or two before you leave. While some physicians want to refer you out to various specialist's for every symptom, he is knowledgeable enough to diagnose and treat most medical conditions himself and I trust him fully to always provide me with the best care possible. When I met Dr.Williams I told him that I didn't know if he could help me because I had already been through over a dozen surgeries and I was struggling with limited range of motion and daily activities that I wanted to do because of multiple health conditions. He worked with me and began to address each issue and together we made a new plan of care including alternative therapies like relaxation techniques and light therapy and other's that didn't involve medication and I really liked that., He did multiple x-ray's right there in his office and he is intelligent enough to read them himself instead of sending them out and he ordered every lab test he felt was needed. He started giving me steroid injections into the affected joints, gave me a tens unit and started me on a new medication regimen along with alot of patient teaching. If I have a problem I can always talk to him personally which I have not had that happen since the 90's and to me that shows that he actually cares about my well being. If something comes up between visits he will see me on a walk in basis as well. He is a Christian Man and it shows through his compassion for his patient's. While many of my health problems may not be "cured", I thank God for leading me to Dr. Williams because my quality of life has improved greatly and and I would recommend The Williams Clinic to anyone needing the best possible healthcare.

Dr Williams is a Magnificent and well respected healer. When I started with Dr William's practice, I was using a walker and giving up due to the unbearable pain. I have sarcoidosis and severe migraines. He stays current, and every appointment is thorough. They ask the hard questions, and they focus on addressing the problems to find "SOLUTIONS". In fact his entire staff is highly trained and recognize each patient by your name. Here we are not run through the line like cattle. I have never trusted any Dr with my health and well being until I became a patient of "WILLIAMS CLINIC INTERNAL MEDICINE." Thank you Dr. & Mrs. Williams and the incredible staff. Y'all gave me my life back.

I choose this doctor because of the experience he has with the Mayo Clinic and his life. I have been with this practice for 7 years. These new pain management laws are making things a little difficult and a lot more paperwork. Losing a patient is difficult! The decisions we make with our doctors do not just effect us, they also affect our doctors. I am thankful to have such a caring doctor involved in my care.

I have a kinda rant....
Secretaries do not have medical degrees! They have not been with the same specialists for many years and know what their requirements are so when a regular patient calls and says they need something scheduled/referred then speak with doctor and get it done don't argue with client...

Has gone way above and beyond to help me. Really listens and does his best to resolve my many issues. Very friendly. I have been going there for approximately 5 years for pain management due to having chronic Interstitial Cystitis, a bad back and nerve damage and still actually enjoy going to my appointments. Great staff! Most of the time I'm in and out of there pretty quickly.

He has been easy to talk to which I usually can't do with Drs. Has an awesome sense of humor and has treated me well. Since going to him I have improved alot and he is still working hard to treat me to make me even better.

My husband was supposed to have an appt a couple months ago and had even talked to the dr. On the phone and did not want any kind of pain meds. However the day we go and check in, the little foreign lady up front was very rude and cross to us in the fact he didn't want meds just to find other ways to elevate the pain. Rude is actually an understatement! We were filling out his paperwork in the lobby andshe came out yelling that we needed to leave because they were taking lunch in 30 minutes.... I continued filling out paperwork because I still had 30 minutes in my eyes. She said something else crude to us andmy husband grabbed the paperwork shoved it on the front desk and we left! Dr. Williams is a great dr. However he needs to evaluate some personnel before we will ever set foot in there again. Britton family

Dr Williams said he would see me but his staff at front desk was very rude to me and said i couldnt see him

Front desk people were rude to us and just not that professional
