Wayne is the most helpful employee in the world. I don’t know anything about cars and needed to replace a purge value, we had some issues with tubing. He helped me for over an hour and my car is good to go again. He is the best. If you need help go to this location and get Wayne!

My husbands car wasn’t turning over so we took it to O’Reillys to get a battery test that was free. They tested the battery and were honest that one cell was starting to go out. They suggested, but didn’t force, that we get a new battery soon so we went ahead and bought one from the store. The worker, Wayne, kindly helped us purchase the battery and replaced it for us as well in our Volvo S40. All while raining outside! Wayne got soaked from the rain but still carried a smile and good service! Thanks for taking care of us!

Mary and Loki assisted my wife and I in replacing a battery. I was given the wrong one, they saw the issue, corrected it, loaned tools and made sure to test everything before replacing. Loki helped my wife get out a stubborn taillight bulb. Great help, friendly, and professional. Exactly why I go to O’Reilly’s over any place else.

Rafael is absolutely wonder! The best service I have every gotten. He stayed a couple extra minutes late to make sure I was taken care of in an emergency situation.

I had nothing but a GREAT experience at this store. I had broken down across the street and ended up driving my car across the street to get the part that my husband had told me to purchase. I couldn't and they couldn't put the part on but they gave me a name and number to a mobile company to come out. The man they referred me to was GREAT! He had the job done and charged a VERY reasonable price. If you need anything I would go to this store again. Very friendly, helpful and courteous!

Tom was super helpful! He assisted me in finding perfect wiper blades. Without me asking- he headed straight to my car to put them on. I said “really,man”? And he replied- “REALLY, man”. What an awesome guy. He made my day as well as my wife’s.

Absolutely amazing. These people truly went above and beyond to help in a time of urgent need. They even stayed opened shortly after closing to just to make sure everything was okay. NEVE have I ever seen such amazing customer service!!!

I was there today to get wiper blades. I thought I got the right ones. Checked out real quick and went out to put them on. I was having trouble. I went inside, Jason I believe is what his shirt said, came and helped me with all 3. Plus didn't make me feel like a moron for trying to put it on upside down. Also quickly he realized I got the wrong one too. He exchanged it fast and put on in a snap. Thank you Jason
