I play Table Tennis here. What a great place overall for Seniors to come , read, hang out, play piano, practice Yoga, play Table Tennis, play pool , and much more.

i HAVE FOUND THE STAFF EXTREMELY HELPFUL. THE CENTER IS A PLACE WHERE EVERYONE IS WELCOME. ACTIVITIES ARE BUZZING MOST OF THE TIME - - DANCE CLASSES, MUSICAL GROUPS, BRIDGE, CRAFTS, COMPUTERS, ART, TRIPS, YOGA, GYM AND A COMMUNITY THEATER GROUP.

Relaxing... edit: Unless it's Saturday.... Mon-Fri you can come here for all sorts of activities and information. The women who work here Mon-Fri are kind and helpful and informative, and will guide you towards areas of interest onsite and off. However the lady who works here on Saturday will treat you as if you need a hall pass to enter, and will question you beyond the point of impolite to rudeness on where you are going and for what reason, with that tone. Perhaps she was a guard in the penile system before working here? Today when I enetered she told me a man was in the bathroom, and I did not really need nor desire this information. I am not sure why she questions people like she does or why she tells other people what you are doing, I find it odd.

There are low cost lunches during certain hours, and lots of classes and programs (check website). You can consult with a social worker. You can find shared housing renters and landlords on the bulletin board inside. There are also 2 public computers.

Including gym, Ted talks, keeping healthy, movies, music, dancing , money management. Far better than most senior centers across our country.
